They spawn underneath large hills too. But yeah it may be worth investigating, Bean to see if there is a fortress nearby.

If any one has extreme amounts of redstone I'm more then willing to trade.

 

Also I can work of the cost by making you redstone powered stuff.

 

I'm currently looking in to the guard hatches on my underground fortress beeing automated, as well as having a few secret passages in the tunnel system.

They can also spawn under extreme hills.

I was gonna build me a Iron Golem farm but then a friend told me a lot is changing with the new update. So Iron Golems will only drop iron if you kill them yourself...

Ran into matrim this afternoon, and he showed me his work in progress. His underground garden is quite nice, and he's got some more tunnels ready for expansion.

No idea where all of this is, though, since I teleported in and out. xp

 

Haven't seen many people online at the same time as me so far. I said "hi" to Frost once, but that's about it.

Yeah our play times tend to vary greatly. Once in a long while multiple people will be on, but usually when I'm playing no one else is on. Hope to see you on soon Stars.

Thank you for the words on my garden. it's warms me up.

I had some help with he tunnel expansions, so that helped me quite a bit.

I have marked up what will be the path to the grainery(wheat farm) and the armory.
What remains now is to plan it out. so I will go though a few sheets of paper and then start building.

 

The wheat farms I know by heart so those will be easy, I'm thinking of perhaps 3 lanes of 30 wheat each, should keep me alive.

 

I think I will skip making a chicken/egg farm, since they have a tendency to lag up servers.

and if I want something else then bread I can fish in my garden.

I cannot say where it is, I stumbled on a bit of land and started building.

But for those of you that has not seen it yet I can make some screenshots later today.

 

Oh and 1 more thing.

Do we have some combined texturepack we use? because the garden really looks best with the LB Photo Realistic pack that I'm using.

I would suggest you use 128 for better computers and 64 for slower, it takes quite a bit of load, also you need to use the minecraft patcher software to avoid crashes since minecraft doesn't allow allow the JAVA runner to take more then 512Mb of memory unless manually patched.

Did some location scouting earlier and started construction on my new base of operations.

 

How does one go about setting up a new warp point?

 

EDIT: Nevermind. The "stars" warp will now take you to my guest house. My base is hidden near there. BUT CAN YOU FIND IT?

The underground kingdom update:

 

The underground kingdom is starting to get some shape on paper.

 

I recruited my friend Lognut who is an excellent builder/destructor

Yesterday we cleared out a large cavern to make room for the first settlement station. after this I intend to map out some of the tunnels so that we can make a network that will connect the first system of tunnels with a newer that will have  new entrance.

I'm starting to wonder how far I am from other settlements. would be nice if I expand large enough to reach someone else in the future
