EDIT: The new line up seems forced. I had to look twice at a few thinking they were Pokemon from before...

Have to agree with spaz. Not many seem all that inspired and are indeed kinda remaking pokemon.

Water/flying goose= pelipper
sentret like thing= sentret
victini=??? mothman? it has friggin bug eyes and is just another generic fuzzy creature in every other way.
Snake starter= Spc atk sceptile
mamanbou= luvdisc, but chunky?
musharna=hypno
Shinpora= xatu
gochiruzeru= gothic jynx? minus the cold shoulder somehow
emonga- that squirrel from d/p, with wings this time. plz die
erufuun= skiploom
Pokeball fungus- what shroomish should have evolved into. breloom makes no sense to me. it looks like a bird, actually...


Doryuzu (mole)- is what dugtrio was supposed to be??
ubermoth- powerful, but what do we have now? beautifly, butterfree, mothim, masquerain, venomoth, dustox. I guess the difference is that this pokemon is AWESOME.
Abagoura (seaturtle)= omastar/kabutops, but a turtle, so automatically made of win

Eeh, I'm not offended my most of them. In fact, I'd say I like a higher percentage of these new pokemon, than I did with Diamond and Pearl's new Pokemon. Whatever that means. A few of these guys actually look pretty cool.

Initially, I didn't feel that great about the new Pokemon, but I didn't really care for those in the D/P/Pt gen either. I think I just needed a little time for BW to grow on me. It's a neat game, after all.

If Arnold Schwarzenegger can do it then by god so can a freak like Vicious Parker.

Like Minccino better than Chirrachino, just one of those cases where the evolution didn't go where you'd hope it would. Thumbs up to the Minccino in the anime and its personality. Oddly fits it.
