I can imagine Age with some sort of Pokemon that can use Smokescreen...and Rex + Rezz with a pair of mischievous Pokemon that at least know some form of Sleep-inducing attack. :D

I can't decide if Carson would have a team full of fire pokemon (because he loves to burn things) or if he wouldn't (because he loves to burn things himself).
I could totally see Lara with a team made up of puppy pokemon. Rioulu, Growlithe, Houndour, Poochyena... It'd also be fun to change their costumes to that of one of the trainer types, like dressing Starstorm as a black belt or something.
If you guys want me to do this (since it would be fun idea) come up with what trainer class you'd want the characters to be depicted in (though I might just stick with regular costumes) and two pokemon they would use (I might not draw both in every character's case, though)

I feel like Carson would have a team of elementals, at least one of which would be a Charizard that hated his guts 'cause he never lets it do anything. :p

Trainer types sounds fun~. I can't decide if Lara would be a Lass or a Lady, or if it would be more fun to try out a Ranger outfit for kicks (all from FireRed). Normal outfit would be just as fun.

Pokemon wise... definitely Shinx. <3 The second... hrm... can anyone else see her with an Eevee?

I was thinking Lady, personally. Though I had the Diamond/Pearl design in mind, but fire red would work, of course. And I was gonna say she'd have an Eevee, too, so I can totally see that. :p

I couldn't really narrow down Pokemon for Alanna, but the following popped out at me: Meowth, Togetic, Aipom. Second opinions are sweet.

Glancing through the national dex and considering what you posted, this is what comes to mind for me (though I realized afterward that I forgot about Shinx...).

(Meowth's "Technician" ability would be nice and ironic though, even if it's referring to Techniques rather than Technology. Couldn't think of anything better than what you already had, although you might consider Bulbasaur.)

Oliver

(Dunno why, but for some reason I just picture him with a Hypno. Definitely needs a Noctowl.)

Sarah
- Abra
- Chinchou

Haha! Bulbasaur was actually on the list too, I just didn't bother to mention it since I thought what I had presented enough choices! :D

Growlithe was definitely a third choice for Lara, I just figured that Carson would have enough fire types, and I absolutely adore Shinx soooo... And who knows what Eevee would evolve into. :) Lara finds a lost little Eevee and adopts it~.

I forgot to think about Sarah. Whoops.

I don't know why, but I still can really imagine Oliver with a Dragonair. :/ Not sure why, at all...and I feel Noctowl could adequately handle anything I could think of for Hypno to do, so I'm not too sure about that.

Since he's a thief, but people think he's a mage, he ought to have pokemon with confusing appearances.

Also, it would be funny to give a transformed Rotom to Alanna. It's technology...that's alive...except it's a ghost, so it's actually dead, but whatever. I bet it would intrigue her to no end. :3

Anyways, a lot of pics featuring characters from mine and SHE's RP (we recently just started that up again...) Malik all dressed up in some fancy armor, Garret shirtless, Sable the busty villainess (srsly, Aikichi has nothin' on this girl) and then Kai and Casiel which I really only drew cause SHE requested it. Oh yeah, and the first in the pokemon series that Stars and Kamau requested. I might color the pokemon series eventually, but not just yet.
Also, the list of pics is getting a little long on this topic...Should I start a new one or just keep with it? Your opinions? Think I should just ditch the idea of sticking to one topic and merely post a new one with every batch of pics?

Just noticed Garret and Sable on dA about 2 minutes ago, so I was wondering why there wasn't an update here. =p

I dig the pic of Malik. The armor design is nice (I like the etchings), and the glasses + armor look is interesting.

Yay for the first Pokemon pic~ I feel kinda sorry for Lara's Eevee though. I bet Carson's Flareon is a pyro. :3

EDIT: Completely off-topic, but I keep seeing your member title (from Presidents week, I think?) and wondering if you keep it because you like it or because you just don't care what it says.

And then Garrett must pay for being so...ripped. You look like you have a good feel about anatomy as that does look like how someone who is well toned would look. Then there is something about his mouth that makes him look smug, but who can blame him? The only part I would question is under his arm; I recognize what its supposed to be with the ribs, it just looks odd.

Really like how Carson turned out, especially his face. It just looks really clean with the right angles on the face, plus the darker hair over his eye is cool. Now what I want to know is how I missed out on this entire discussion of Pokemon personas. I could have sworn I always checked this thread when there were new posts and now I feel left out...

Oh, and I don't think you should start a new thread, I kind of like having it all here. Though the long list could be a problem and I want to suggest doing something like placing the list somewhere else for access, but I don't know where. Create a new list but preserve the old one where we can access it, especially the ones that aren't on you dA account.

Is there any way to make columns? You could always make multiple columns if so, and that'd be pretty spiffy. I like it all in one topic though, so I don't have to look through a bunch to find ones to look at again. :D (PS, you never switched the 'new' markings from the last batch.)

Malik really does look spiffy! I think that's my favorite picture of him so far.

Hence my suspicion that it could snap at any moment and start setting things on fire...or start setting Eevee on fire.
