I'm sick of this game getting re-released. DO SOMETHING WITH THE IP OR SELL IT TO SOMEONE WHO WILL.(Monolith Soft or Mistwalker)

A small part of me still believes that there may be a Chrono Break someday, but this is just disappointing and disgusting, and ultimately very frustrating.

^Probably about as likely as Metroid Dread. Hopefully more likely than an official English version of Mother 3...

I have the patch and have played through the first chapter. It would just be nice to have it on an actual cartridge, if not for the collectableness of it, then at least so that the rhythm battle system could be properly in sync with the battle music (kinda important)...

Whoa, that seems a little extreme. Not everyone has a DS or an SNES lying around. If this reaches more people through PSN, that can't be awful, right? But I guess anyone interested in this 15 year old game has probably played it many forms by now.....

Yeah, a sequel would be nice. (actually I've never played Cross...hmm...)

Yeah, you're completely right, I guess that article just caught me at a bad time, haha.

I'm considering buying a CycloDS for the sake of having Mother 3 on a cartridge.

chrono cross is more confusing than anything. not really a sequel, more like riding an elevator sideways instead of up and down. it really is its own game, just with lavos thrown in.

D'awww.

I want to have a Zelda-themed wedding, maybe. And have Zelda's Lullaby play in the background.

At first I was all impressed because I thought he was doing all the voices. Then I was put off when I realized he wasn't. By the end, I was impressed that his lip syncing was so good that I couldn't tell he was just lip syncing.

And yes, his faces were great.

does anybody think we should just get rid of AO? It seems kind of pointless to have a 17+ and an 18+ rating.

Simply put: I agree. Though I think a rating "above" M should exist.

Complicatedly put: I think that like the movie ratings, which didn't even used to have the PG-13, I think that our game ratings will evolve over time. For instance, the EC, and E10+ didn't exist for some time after the ratings were created.

And since the M rating could be applied to a game for any number of reasons, it is not a guarantee of what a game may contain. In movies, a movie generally has an X rating because of pornographic content. I don't see why it is so bad to use the AO rating on games of the same caliber. Which, if I'm not mistaken, is mostly what that is used for.

yeah, but there really isn't any difference between 17 and 18, why not just get rid of AO and bunch it all together as M, they could sell it behind the counter like Hustler. if Mass Effect 4, and something like Catherine would be in the same category, then i think that sleazy games would be held to a higher standard.

Honestly though, with just a few exceptions, most "sleazy" movies (or magazines, since you mentioned hustler), probably don't hold themselves to any standard. That's not really their point.
