This feels strange, since Uncharted is my favorite IP of the past generation of consoles.
I mean, it's not the best game (or game series) ever made, but when stacked against the PS3/360 Libraries... it seems pretty amazing in comparison.

have you ever seen the making of beowulf? they had a huge wireframe mocap studio, an showed the actors using the set equipment. there was literally no difference between that, and uncharted's levels.

Note to anyone playing that Bravely Default demo:
CHEAT - OBTAIN VILLAGERS IN DEMO EASILY
To get an infinite amount of villagers in the demo (and transfer 20 of them to the full version) complete the quests in the demo until you are given the quest to investigate the oasis and fight the dragon. Save, and then look for a man in the town to the right of the red Adventurer; he should be at the top of the first flight of stairs. Talk to him, and he will add a free villager to your town. Return to the Adventurer and hit save, but instead of saving, return to the title screen. Then, enter the game again and talk to the man to get another villager. Even though you have not saved, the villager will already be in your town, allowing you to keep reloading the save file and talking to the man in the town.

From my reading the real game is much better in regards to getting villagers. Which is good because the demo is super unfair.
EDIT: that also apparently works way earlier before the admamtanium fight.

Finished that Bravely Default demo. Maan is a Ninja/Red Mage OP in that game. Basically by the end of the game everyone was a Ninja (And only one person didn't have Red Mage abilities). If you equip them with their best weapon and put the two Ninja abilities and two Red Mage abilities on them they're almost unstoppable. Basically you just need to use the Ninja's Utsusemi (which avoids the next attack) and when they get attacked they'll gain a BP because of the Red Mage's Turn Tables, gain an attack boost because of Ninja's Comeback Kid, and then counter attack with Ninja's Transience. If they end up killing someone they'll gain another BP because of Red Mage's Adrenaline. For the most part on bosses I abused this, and once I hit 3 BP I would all out Brave attack with Ikkikasei (which doubles attacks).
Of course this isn't unstoppable, because some bosses will all out Brave attack you and you can only avoid once, and Ninjas don't have the best defense. The Dragon usually downed one of my characters once every few turns (but that wasn't so bad). Also against the turtle it was like impossible to do this. But every other boss is super vulnerable to this, including the after demo boss. And even Dragon/Turtle it still could do a decent amount of damage to them (especially since they would be inadvertently be buffing all of my characters).
I looked up the jobs on a wiki and luckily there's waaay more to them (jobs in the demo master at 4) and the Ninja/Red Mage thing takes a bit more work than it does in the demo.
I also played some Star Fox 64 3D. As enjoyable as I remember it. Kind of wish there was some more stuff to it though. But love the updated graphics. While the 64 graphics aren't a total deal breaker, last time I played it did feel pretty bad. Already beat it once.

Started Catherine. It's pretty neat. The gameplay is really fun and seems like it can get complex/tricky quick. I've barely played it yet, so hopefully it keeps it up.

Yeah I kind of screwed up and can't do it without getting rid of my data. So I'm just stuck with two villagers unless I somehow find someone to street pass with (maybe hyperlisk)... which would only be one more.
I managed to get 24 more villagers before I screwed it up...

I nearly ignored the black/white mage in favor of getting my red mage maxed. When they mastered at level 4 I was a little confused. Level 5 I expected, but I went with it. I agree that the red mage/ninja ability combo works wonders.

I tried my best to stay away from the wiki. I eventually broke down when I was curious about all the bonuses I could get. I wanted to get all of them before the actual game release.

I enjoyed Catherine, though the game stops being such a challenge in later levels once you get the puzzles on your mind.
I'm not much of a puzzle person, and I found the game a bit easy on the base difficulty.

Normal or easy? I just got to the third night on normal and got a bit stuck. Although I didn't realize you could actually walk on the traps, just not stay on them, until the very end. So I probably could have done way better had I known that.
A bit awkward to play in front of my girlfriend though.

That wasn't the first place I read it. The first time I read it it was a bit confusing about the DON'T SAVE part. So I talked to the guy and saved. So I never even did the exploit correctly.

I played on Normal. I started OUT on easy, because I was worried the puzzles would be a bit too hard, but then went back and played it on normal, and the difficulty is basically the same honestly.
The hardest part of the game is your own human limitations, since I knew what I wanted to do like 4 or 5 moves ahead, but I couldn't do it fast enough to do so, because of how awkward the controls could be at times, and silly mistakes I didn't mean to make.

I started Starbound last night. Only got an hour in. Enjoying it way more than Terraria.

Giving Farcry 3 a shot on the hard difficulty. Not to far in to the game, but it might just satisfy my stealthy desires. We will see.
Finished it this morning. That was pretty good. Pretty darn good I say.

Are you going to play Blood Dragon now? I own it on PS3, bought it on sale, curious if I should play it.

Don't have it yet, but I will probably get it next time I have some money to spare/it goes on sale.

I actually haven't played Far Cry 3, but I thought Blood Dragon was a lot of fun. All them 80's references. Plus, you get to fight dragons with lasers.

Did I gush yet about how I finally beat Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward? I don't think I have. Well I did.
I'm already looking forward to the 3rd game
And now I'm trying to decide what game to play next - Professor Layton, or Etrian Odyssey. Or even Kingdom Hearts. Not sure what I'm feelin' yet.
