"As much as I'd rather do anything that doesn't involve looking at...this...any longer than necessary, you're right that we should at least see if there's anything to find in their rooms. I-" Kamau pauses, then swallows uncomfortably. "I'll volunteer to, to go into BottomGuy's room. He was...he was a friend. And maybe I can try and clean him up a bit once we've investigated fully. I just...don't want to leave him like that."

"I'll go with you, Kamau. There was that trail of blood in Fox's room, which might lead us somewhere. Though, I would suggest that we search in bigger groups than just two. It's just a bit more cautious. Anyone else want to help?"

 

((particularly, I'm interested in whether the trail of blood leads out of his room or if it ends at the door.))

Glace sighs. I'll go with you, kamau and puffin. This is the last thing I want to do, but it needs to be done. Poor bottomguy and monkeydog. They were great friends. They will be missed.

Something else we need to figure out: What are we going to eat today? How will we know if food is poisoned or not?

"I'll check Monkey's room with Xteven and Legacy while you lot check BottomGuy. Hopefully we can find something to clue us in on what happened."

 

"As for the food...I'd like to think the rest of the food is fine, not that I can base that on anything. I mean, the first meal already seems to be doing its job pretty effectively..."

I'll go check the room of monkey with stars and the others. Perhaps we could check later what's wrong with kasper if that's an option?

Wiping the puke from around his mouth xteven says,"that's the idea man, we just need to investigate the rooms before anyone has a chance to tamper with any evidence left behind while in their "zombie" state. You know, we have to play this smart if we hope to survive."

"I'll... Stay out here... if anyone wants to go somewhere that is not in either of the rooms, I'll go with them. I don't think I want to see what is inside the rooms..."

Each room is investigated more fully, but yield no results. The blood stains in BottomGuy's room lead toward the door, but there isn't much of a trail, just a slight streak in that direction. After exiting, Lazlo noted that, while BottomGuy's door was fully intact, Monkeydog's had been pushed open, popping some of the screws out of the hinges. It was almost as if whatever went into his room was in more of a hurry than what went into BottomGuy's.

Glace is very pale as he leaves bottomguy's room.

"Well, there's not much else we can learn from here. We should dispose of these bodies so they don't... Reanimate.

I also have another idea. Has anyone checked out the attic? Hyperlisk do you want to explore it with me? We both have weapons. That could give us... Some protection. Anyone else that wants to can come along."

[Kamau]

"Not that I have any desire to see reanimated zombies, but how are we supposed to dispose of the bodies? I mean, we can't bring them outside, and I don't think there's any way to set them on fire or anything... do we cut off their heads or something? Does that stop zombies?" Kamau sounds unsure. "As for exploring, I think I remember seeing a study that I'd like to check out, see if maybe there's anything more useful than what we found in the library. I don't have any weapons, but...the man did say that the zombies only transform at night. So hopefully that means we should be fine until then. But I'll admit I'd rather not go alone, even if we don't have to worry about the zombies."

"I'll go with you. And while cutting their heads off might help- or destroying it at any rate- I don't know that I'd like to desecrate their bodies like that... I dunno, maybe that's just me and it would be a smarter idea to do something to ensure they don't come back."

"I'll go with Kamau and Puffin. The study sounds more interesting at the moment.

On the topic of how to deal with the bodies, I honestly have no idea how to dispose of bodies. The safe thing to do would be cremate them, but do we have the ability to?"

"Sure, I'll go with you, Glace. Maybe that will keep my mind off this mess..."

"Oh, well, I never went to the library, myself, so I'm still interested in going. If anyone wants to join me, I'll welcome the company."

"I'm off to the kitchen, I'm not a great cook but might as well check if there is something to eat"

Glace returns from the attic, and looks at his watch.

 

"Well there wasn't much up there. Is everyone just about done exploring? The clock is ticking and its going to be night soon. It's time we turned to some serious business. I know it's not easy to accuse a friend, but it appears as though some of us have been infected. We need to start talking about who that might be and how to stop them from infecting others. It's a grisly business, but it is for the greater good. Anyone have any ideas on who might be a zombie?"
