I wasn't really sure what this could be used for, since Puffin could already sneak into someone's room unseen, but maybe someone would have thought of something.
The thought I came up with was the idea of Puffin staking out the attic one night instead of hunting someone, and then alternating between the two peek holes all night to see if the occupants of either room moved. So, effectively 'hunting' two people at once at the expense of not knowing whether they left their room because they were a zombie or because they had a different special role.
I don't know if anyone would have suspected him of turning like Xteven did, but I thought it was nice to remind everyone that sometimes actions have consequences, and every now and then, doing something will backfire.
I actually thought that one of the twists might have been that the zombies could choose to infect rather than kill. I wasn't sure if Kasper got sick because of poo water or because he got bitten the night before and would turn the next night. :p But either way, I wasn't sure whether he or Xteven was the second zombie (assuming that there were only two at the time) so I had planned on using my Shaman ability to stop him just in case he was infected. Then Puffin could follow him the third night, since we weren't sure if he could even perform a night action due to his illness. (Hence why I volunteered to stand guard with Jody; I wasn't sure how the Shaman ability actually worked, so I thought I'd give myself an in-game reason to be around Kasper in case I needed to be within a range to act.) And I found out about Stars' necklace so my thought was that it prevented him from getting infected. That's even cooler, that it would have prevented any attack!
That's kind of amusing, and also pretty neat, that one zombie attacked another. In fact, all the little twists and turns were neat. You certainly had me convinced that there was a secret passage (in fact, I was concerned about it because one of the drafts went to Kasper's room, so it occurred to me that we could guard his door all we wanted and a zombie could still come in through the passage (or, likewise, he could leave) and we'd never know).
As for my personal twists and turns in the game, I know I enjoyed coming up with a back-up plan to convince people I was the hunter. I could be wrong but I think at least one person was convinced... XD As for my Shaman-ism, that was fun as well because I didn't tell anyone other than Puffin. Glace and I talked vaguely about what I found at the library, and all I said was that I found something that I 'couldn't use until tomorrow'. That's when he told me he was the doctor and suggested that he'd protect me that night, so I could use what I found the next day. I'm not sure whether he thought I could only use it once, or if I could use it multiple times, but part of me hoped I'd convinced him of the former. :p
I had no idea there was already a Shaman before me, and no clue that there'd been a second hunter. That's really cool! The twists in these games are always my favorite part.

Nope! Completely random! I knew there were 15 rooms but hadn't decided on a layout yet, so I just picked two random numbers and said those rooms had peepholes (Or rather, drafts--since I hadn't decided what those would be at that point!). Later I randomly assigned rooms by rolling a D12 for half of the players, then determining the other players based on who they would be likely to sleep near. All the other knives were rusty, weren't they? So I never even bothered to tell anyone about them.
Did you put both zombies in the "peephole" rooms by design or was that random?

Or, to put it more politely, "Neener neener."

@Lazlo You weren't kidding when you said the deck was stacked against zombies. Nearly everyone had a role and Stars was near invincible. I was suspicious of Stars immediately. He told me about the necklace and said it might have protective powers. But I was the "protector" already. Plus the fact he arrived first did make me suspicious. It wouldve been quite the epic fail if I pushed to lynch the one person who couldn't be zombied.
I have one more question. I was told a zombie with a knife becomes an especially powerful zombie. Is this true or was it fabricated? I suppose I could just ask the person that told me.

@Kamau Honestly I thought you were bluffing about the book to get me to keep you alive. :) I figured that even if it did do something it would just give you info. I had no idea it changed your role.
If I can at all help it, I never bluff. I tell half-truths, but I don't like to outright lie. :p But...surprise! XD

I actually initially suspected mokeydog of being a zombie. I used my voodoo powers to make him unable to perform his night action. He might have been able to fight kasper off if not for me.

Edit: also why does noone ever invite me into an alliance? Am I not viewed as valuable? I didn't even know alliances were a thing. I feel so betrayed.

You were gonna kill someone shaman possibly kamau? I was the one with these powers first and yeah the game was over I had no idea how bad it was broken.

I'm not sure what you mean. Kill someone? The role of the shaman was to stop night actions, and Kasper was just the person I wanted to stop first.
As for alliances, those are always a thing in some capacity. And as for inviting you, I never seek people out for alliances, I let them come to me. And that usually just equates to Puffin messaging me at some point down the road. XD I don't think anyone messaged me at all this game until I went to the library.

It doesn't help in this particular instance that you were a suspected zombie.

I suspect that came from Leggy. He asked me quite a few times about the knives, and always in a different way, trying to get me to answer him. The best I ever gave him was, "You'll have to find a knife if you want to know."I have one more question. I was told a zombie with a knife becomes an especially powerful zombie. Is this true or was it fabricated? I suppose I could just ask the person that told me.
The real answer? The knives did nothing at all. Oh, they made the lynching easier--and possibly more gruesome, but they wouldn't stop zeds, nor mark them, or make them more powerful, or any of the other rumors I heard about them. They were just yet another red herring to give you something to ponder. I might have given them a use later, but as it stands, they were never anything.

Or, to put it more politely, "Neener neener."

Yep. I spread a bit of misinformation myself, while trying to keep it believable. In fact, I sent Glace a fair bit of it.
"4. Zombies can attack the same target. I learned this in the library, but didn't share it, because I didn't think it relevant yet. If they attack the same target, then only one kill will happen. The odds of this are EXTREMELY low, but possible. Worth mentioning."
I know for a fact that this is false, but I was going to use it in case they lynched a zombie (that hopefully wasn't me) and wondered why there was only 1 kill in the night.

That's clever there, legacy. Between that and how I had Puffin and myself convinced that slow-turning infection was possible, I probably would have been paranoid the entire game that the zombies weren't actually dead. XD
I'll also admit I had wondered if the reason Monkey's death was so much worse than BG's might have been because two zombies attacked the same target.

Dear god why did everyone tell everyone else what they had? Especially Glacier? You're all lucky he wasn't Mafia. That's so disappointing, there's no mystery or fun to that. =( No surprises later. If you just show all your cards immediately, what's the point? I'm glad we ended.

Apparently you missed the part where we all* lied to each other and held things back.

No way, we were allowed to do that?
I straight up told him to his face I was a zombie.
Drat, I knew there was a hole in my strategy.

edit:@jody- if you and kamau ended up guarding me, i was going to run shrieking nude into the dining room and cling to the light fixture so i would be confined, then you would all kill each other. the ol' 1-2 fuck you, we used to call it.

Also... It's funny you should say that Leggy, cuz that's exactly what kspr did. He told me he was a zombie immediately. Probably another one of the reasons Lazlo was frustrated with the way the game was going.

Wait, seriously?
What?
I don't get the strategy there.

Kspr mentioned Stars was in his PM, so that also made me suspicious of stars initially.
