[Puffin]

"Ok, we got, like, three people checkin' out out the kitchen, two or three looking at books, another two sorting out bedrooms... I might see if there's an attic or something. Maybe Uncle Dagobert left us something worth finding there. Unlikely, but eh, might as well check every corner of this place."

Lazlo looked out a window to see the sun had already set, and nervously glanced around. "So... What are we going to do?"

"Well, ideally we'd share information, I'd like to know what the people in the library found personally, since that was where I originally wanted to go."

"I did find a couple history books that might have some info on this place, but I didn't get much of a chance to go through them. I had only just found them when I heard a loud crash back here and saw Kasper covered in poo water."

[Xteven Xavier]

Xteven Walked back to the dining room eating the last lunchable in the house, "so who am I bunking with?" He asked in between taking bites of his cracker pizza.

jinkies, i'll bet there's like, some treasure in the basement.

"I'll go with you down there if you want" xteven said as he turned and made a b-line for the basement secretly hoping for a sword.

"I found a book about witch doctors, but most of it seemed like mumbo jumbo to me. But it could explain how that guy convinced koraz that he was his uncle...and how he vanished after dinner, maybe."

"I found this," Hyperlisk said as he held up a large butcher knife. "I think I'd be okay sleeping alone now. The offer is still on the table of course if anyone wants to room together."

"I found nothing in the bathroom, but trust me, you do not want to go in there." Monkeydog announces while waving his hand over his nose.

But nothing out of the ordinary in the Bedrooms.

I found a small carving knife. Utterly useless against a zombie, but maybe I can at least mark them up before I do so the zombie is identifiable.

The sun has been down for several hours now, and despite your best efforts to stay awake, you each succumb to the call of your bed, as if urged on by some sort of magical force. Perhaps Uncle Dagobert had put more in that gumbo that shrimp?

As everyone begins to trudge off to their beds, there is some murmuring of sleeping together, but the floors are cold, and the beds are too small to sleep together. Even Lazlo and Jody elect to sleep in separate rooms.

The rooms are arranged on either side of the main foyer with a hallway line with bed rooms.

As the sun rises, and the night releases it's grip on this swampy hell, the group slowly begins to fill the halls, glancing nervously from side to side. Who were the victims last night? The first to awaken, unsurprisingly, is Stars. Fear wells up inside him, until thankfully, Kamau emerges from her room. Dark Shadow is the next, followed by Lazlo, Puffin, Glace, Leggy, Hyperlisk, Jody and finally Xteven. Three are missing.

-DAWN OF THE SECOND DAY-
-SIX DAYS REMAIN-

The first door entered is Monkeydog's. As the group crowds around his room, and knock, his door slips open. The scene is more than disturbing. Blood and meat are strewn across the room, his bed soaked in blood. The remains are crumpled in a heap next to the bed, in a pool of blood and bile. The door is quickly closed. Right now, there is no point in staring any further. There are no more clues for you here.

BottomGuy is next. He was so excited to survive his first Monkeycon be here, certainly he wouldn't have just left without a trace! His door creaks open slowly and the carnage is just as bad as Monkeydog's room. BottomGuy lays on his bed with his organs removed, and a trail of blood leading toward the door. Two at once... this is too much.

But what about Kasper? The group moves to his room, to find him quite alive, but not well. His room reeks of vomit feces, and his bed is dripping with his various fluids. There is perhaps more carnage here than the other rooms. Various members of your group bring him water, some crackers and other light foods to help him, but his illness will leave him bedridden until tomorrow.

Xteven managed to hold the contents gof his stomach while peering into the first 2 rooms but upon visiting the third he quickly turned and ran out of the room only making halfway down the hallway before the puke spra2led out across the floor he expected the murder due to theprevious days affairs but the look and smell of the vomit and feces was too much for his fragile stomach to bear.he quickly recovered himself and looked back at the others who were all staring at him at this point. He stood up and said

"We need to check out the bodies, considering my stomach is empty already I will volunteer as one but we should check them in teams of at least two that way we know that there are no lies or sabotage spreading. Who will partner up with me to check out the bodies?

"I'll partner up with Xteven on one of the bodies. It's better than trying to figure out what's 'really' wrong with Kasper."

 

Leggy walks to Xteven's side, and then notices the traces of vomit on his face.

 

"You still got some of that crap on your face."
