Just discovered a webcomic called Prequel, a Homestuck-esque adventure about a Khajiit girl trying to start a new life in Cyrodil (a bit before Oblivion begins, hence the title I presume). It's pretty great so far.

PSA, even if you don't care, it seems like the Villager, Wii Fit Trainer, and Marth amiibos are super rare. You can sell Marth/Villager for 40+ if you find them (at least for now).

I really wish I would have known this, because I would have bought Marth, being one of the few amiibos I actually want. Although hopefully this is just a weird scare and they'll get restocked soon.

I went around looking for them today, actually found 2 Villagers and 1 Wii Fit Trainer in the first place I looked (also because I saw it the day before so I knew they were there...), but no Marths. Most places are either bare when it comes to amiibos, or just have a lot of the same 2~3 easy to find ones (Mario, DK, Yoshi, Peach...).

I installed a GBA emulator on my tablet. At first it was just because I wanted to play Zelda - Minish Cap, but it got fiddly with the touchscreen controls so I loaded up Pokemon Fire Red. My God, I was sucked in for 4 hours. I got up to S.S. Anne in one sitting. My next flight is to New York, gonna get me some good pokemon time then.

Does anyone know if any of the GBA emulators support linking pokemon leaf green and fire red through netplay?

I bought a Nintendo 2DS and a few games with my 25% off discount at Walmart from working thanksgiving i guess. It was actually pretty cool I did a ton of shopping and my total bill was just over 800 but after the discount it was barely more than 600.

I love my new games. speaking of which I needya friend codes my people.

Dang, I sold someone an villager just the other day, had no idea they were that rare. I think there's still some in the Walmart here. Sometimes it's nice living in a small town with no gaming community.

The gf and I had a blast with her 25% as well. XD I suggested we both nab the Pokemon games while we could, but neither of us would have time to play them right now so we didn't. But we did get a bunch of movies along with everything else we could need (at the time)!

I haven't played the series, and I already own a 3DS that I love, but let me tell you how on top of this I'd be if I didn't.

I luckily talked my parents into getting that for me. I'm so excited. That is my favorite 3DS, for a multitude of reasons.

Also you like Etrain Odyssey, correct? You should play Persona Q, it's an Etrain Odyssey game. Just with some fan service for P3/P4 fans, but it stands on its own I think.

It might matter on the WiFi settings. I know the original DS was limited in what kind of WiFi security it would understand. It had to be WPA (or the opposite of that? I don't remember).

The internet connection my 3DS is generally shitty, it kind of sucks when it comes to WiFi.

i switched it from wpa to wep. when it tests the connection, it can be inches from the router, and still give me error 51300

Yeah, your talk about their similarities makes me want to play it. But I also haven't played any of the previous ones...Congrats on getting the 3DS though!

Got my 3DS back from Nintendo. Apparently there was some liquid damage that they couldn't repair, which is very surprising considering it's just been sitting in its box pretty much ever since I bought it. On the plus side, they didn't charge me anything and even covered all of the shipping.

I hadn't heard of this game before, but apparently it's got a nice crossover character.

Club Nintendo is closing.

So if you have coins use them. If you get Platinum by March you'll get a free digital Wii U/3DS game in April.

I have a lot of redeeming to do tonight. :/
