The universe is a cruel, uncaring void. The key to being happy isn't a search for meaning. It's to just keep yourself busy with unimportant nonsense, and eventually, you'll be dead.

Unofficial Skyrim Patch
Increased Bounty Rewards I use the "light" version of this, because it makes those randomly generated radiant quests actually worth your time. And yes, I do actually enjoy the radiant quest system.
No NPC Greetings. This one is almost a necessity. The people just kinda.... talk to you. All the time. No matter what. This helps a lot with that.
More Powerful Dragons I would fight maybe four or five dragons before installing this mod. But really, the dragons are pussies without this.
And... that's about it. i'm sure there are loads of gooduns out there, but I haven't really tried too many. The game is pretty great unmodded.

I'm using the excellent "Live Another Life" mod so I started as a bandit who had become disillusioned with banditing after a hefty bounty was placed on my head. Without a moment to allow sentimentality to cloud my judgement I boldly wandered down valley to see what adventures awaited me. Seemed to work just as well./>you always start as a prisoner so that when you are inevitibly freed, it's more beleivable that your character can make a clean break with their old life, and begin a brand new one as the hero.
Also I want to brag that I am currently playing Skyrim on 42 inch flatscreen with lots of fancy graphics mods and it looks amazing. And I just discovered that hotkeys do actually still work so I am a very happy Bean.
Really enjoying it so far. It's like Morrowind but less good, but it's also like Oblivion but much better.

I have considered doing that exact thing, but then I remember that Borderlands 2 is coming out soon, and since the wife and I will be playing that together, I want to keep our computers in the same room./>Also I want to brag that I am currently playing Skyrim on 42 inch flatscreen with lots of fancy graphics mods and it looks amazing. Sounds fairly accurate. It's like Morrowind but less good, but it's also like Oblivion but much better.

I particularly like the bit that's all "bah-bling-blah-blomg... bah-bling-blah-blong". But I also like the bit that's all "ding-a-ding-dong(dah)-da-a-dah-dada-(duh)dada-da-ding-dah-da".
