Well that's not too bad. I'm sure if you...
*Looks at second picture*
....well fuck, you better start running. But at least it keeps monsters away? For your sake I hope you're on an island.
Not "conspiracies". Conspiracy. Singular.

If anyone fancies trying to connect to it the address is monkeycraft.dyndns.tv I'm gonna leave it running over night. Not sure what the lag will be like as my connection isn't the greatest.
(Also, if you have problems connecting trying specifying port 25565 by typing "monkeycraft.dyndns.tv:25565")

I tried to get some stuff, but everything I mined just came back after a few seconds, and wasn't added to my inventory. Also, I spawned on what appeared to be a floating island. Looking over the edge, i could see what I assume where floating bits and pieces of caves off in the distance.
I also think I crashed your server... by um... jumping off of the cliff? I only assume that I crashed it because it gave me an awesome error code, and when I tried to reconnect, it didn't work. Yea, I killed it.

I woke up and my network adapter had crashed. Had to reboot to fix it.Err well, I connected, but it... wasn't pretty...

Problem seems to be unique to my network adapter and I've put together an error report. I encountered it once before when my ethernet cable came out of my laptop, same thing happened, network adapter stopped responding.
I'll leave the server on overnight again. I'd appreciate it if you could try to repeat the crash and make a note of the error code so I can investigate further. Worst case scenario I'll set the server up on a different computer.
Also try specifying the port this time (monkeycraft.dyndns.tv:25565). My server log says you connected on 50246 which is not forwarded correctly on my network. May have been a factor.

I died, then processed to kill the server. Oddly it didn't give me an error of any kind. It just freaked out. Every time I spawned I was getting hit, but didn't see what it was until i died. Then I spawned normally and I fell to my death along with all the monsters and random tunnels in view...
Finally it said my connection timed out. Like Invince, it wouldn't let me re-connect.

I'll try setting up a modded server tonight and see if that makes any difference.

Server is on and seems to be working.I've spent the last hour or so playing with it and understand how it works a lot better now. Try it again tonight and hope for the best.

Alright, I started the game, clicked multiplayer, entered 'monkeycraft.dynds.tv:25565' and it says that the connection timed out and could not connect. I entered it in correctly, right?Server is on and seems to be working.I've spent the last hour or so playing with it and understand how it works a lot better now. Edit: Found my problem. I missed an 'n'. After fixing the problem I could connect... only I was floating in 'space.' I could see no scenery, but I could see all the monsters. I could look around and moved forward about 6-10 blocks toward a creeper. The the game crashed.
None of the monsters were moving or making any noise.
After the game crashed it game me what I can guess is an error code, but not sure:
Internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: socket write error

From my end it said that you did manage to connect and stay connected for about a minute then my internet died and you timed out. It also said that you connected on port 51131 which is odd.
Not sure what to do at this stage. I'm pretty sure there'll be fresh server patches this week so we can hope one of those fixes the issue. If not I'll look into running the server on a computer with a different network adapter.
Sorry to get your hopes up only to have them dashed once again.

Either way it was still fun to at least see part of what another person made... at least the first time. No worries. I'm sure you'll be cool and figure it out. No pressure.

That would be fantastic progress as far as I'm concerned.

Same as him I could not collect anything though.
This time I had nothing to see but monsters and space. Nothing to obtain really.

I'm going to see if I can get the server running on my laptop. If you're around in 15 minutes you can try connecting again if you like.
