I think I like Melee better than Brawl, but that might just be down to stubbornness and nostalgia. I think there are still reasons to put in any of the three Smash Bros, though.

I hate myself a little bit for how much I'm liking Halo: Reach. I've never been much into online FPS's, especially without a keyboard and a mouse, but I'm actually getting pretty ok at it.

Tyrian 2000

I remember loving that game when I was younger. IIIII want to go download that now...

Wait till you're up till 6am because you and a single buddy have been pwning in team swat for hours and now you're finally losing because you're crashing out and can't really see straight anymore. =D

Anyways, aside from that particular Reach episode this last saturday morning, I've been playing Phantasy Star Portable 2 (psp) and Golden Sun: Dark Dawn. I'm loving the revamped battle system in PSP 2 a lot. Plus new character system that lets you switch between classes in a single character, so you don't have to make separate, new characters for each one. You still have to spend time leveling up the abilities and weapons mastery for each class, while keeping the same overall character level. You would want to create a new character to get the benefits of a different race though.

I got pretty far into the story when I got my hands on a buddy's DSXL, and thus was able to play Dark Dawn. The summons are epic and absolutely beautiful. I'm grateful I've had the chance to appreciate it on a large screen. That said... I'm not really a fan of the new characters except for Matthew, Tyrell, and Karis.

Cycling through Zelda, Zelda II, Metroid Prime Pinball, and 3D Dot Game Heroes. Not much new there, except that I made a character model based on my RP character Quillon in Dot Heroes (mostly posting this for Puffin and Kamau). I may post a pic of him once I've messed with the snapshot feature a bit.

done with chrono trigger, moving on to castle crashers. good retro beat em up, but a little too repetitive to play for moar than an hour or two at a time.

Since returning home, i have rediscovered the awesomeness of MGS4. =D

And caught up a bit on my Reach. Black Ops is a disappointment.

How so?

Also, what's your gamertag, broseph? I'm sure you'd beat me pretty bad at Halo, BUT YOU KNOW...

Currently playing FFIX, which I've owned for several years but have never played. I definitely like it better than FFVIII. Though, um, that doesn't take a whole lot.

FFIX is my favorite!

I'm currently playing Lunar: Silver Star Harmony. Ish. But I have quickly decided to switch to one of my new PSP games, Ys: The Oath In Felghana, :D I'ma play it tomorrow mostly because I don't have time to start it tonight.

Also, does anyone know if I can start playing Etrian Odyssey III without spoiling what happens in Etrian Odyssey II? I left II up at school thinking I wouldn't be bothering to play it, and I got III for Christmas... (Then again, I'm pretty sure I didn't even bother to take my DS home with me...But still. Question is valid.)

Played Back to the Future: Episode 1. I think it's pretty good so far! Basically what I've come to expect from Telltale, and it makes me feel appropriately fuzzy and nostalgic.

So it turns out that Civilization 4 is pretty damn addicting...

Oh hey, I just realized that this topic has reached 100 pages. =o

I tricked a couple of my friends into playing Scott Pilgrim with me so that I could try out the DLC I got. Yay being able to play as Knives~
The Battle Royale mode seemed a bit unnecessary for this particular group once one of my friends discovered that he could kill us in coop by throwing things at us. <_<

About that, why has the Knives Chau DLC STILL not come to the XBLA? Makes me sad it does.

So Civ4 has a multiplayer-by-e-mail option which intrigues me.

Argh. I know.

I'd agree with the Civ IV playing.

But...no...I don't need a reason to play it anymore.
