Seriously, right in the middle of the country, so we don't screw the east coasters, you know?

 

 

Heck, Denver doesn't sound too bad. I'll likely be heading for Colorado at some point in the future, anyways.

 

 

I would feel more comfortable having a meet up in the west-coast, but I wouldn't mind doing it in Denver either.

Well, I think we can ignore what Puffin says in this case. Middle of the country is definitely the way to go.
No where fancy. A small, isolated town might be ideal. Some place like Aspen, perhaps.

I think, as Kamau said, F is too small.

 

I do like G, but it also says it only sleeps up to 20. Which at this point is fine. I do also really like C, which allows up to 24 which could help us err on the side of caution in case anyone else wants to go. I also really want to know what Lazlo/Jody are planning on doing (if they're coming at all).

Looking over the options again, I would have to agree that C is a good idea.

As far as Jody and Lazlo go, we have to keep in mind they will have a new tiny baby by the time this rolls around. Lazlo has been online for the RP. Maybe we should reach out using Facebook?

Also also I think if we go to Denver Billy/Ame will possibly want to go. I don't know if they'd stay though. I'll probably reach out to them and see. They live like right there.

I added four locations to the Google Doc. Rate them based on which one you'd like to go to most, and then I'll run a TURF analysis on the data and figure out the best one (no I won't).

 

If someone wants to do more location scouting we can add additional locations if you guys want. Also if the smallest location wins I might just override that decision due to it being too small.

 

Also also I added a function on the sign up page that actually adds up the amount of people possibly going. I was going to do a more complex on based on actually confirmed but then I was like nah.

The page for F confuses me. I just noticed that it can't make up its mind between 12-14 or 14-20 people. The number of listed beds seems to indicate 14 max.

Is it 1 for most wanted, or 1 for least?

1 is lowest 4 is highest wanted.

I like the new sheet, so I don't mind. Though I did change the numbers that I'm assuming you had listed for me, and put them next to your name instead.

Heads up to everyone, all of the locations we're currently deciding between are about an hour and 45 minutes from the airport.

 

IDK if that changes anyone's opinions on them, or how many other people would have to figure out the best way to get there from said transportation

I plan to drive, so depending on the timing I can try to pick some of you up from the airport.

Well if we're looking at a cabin that's just going to be the way it is. Also I'm sure since there's so many people driving there's going to be no issue about picking people up.
