When we get closer to the date of the con, we can all probably discuss arrival times and figure out who will pick whom up.

What if we had a deadline for signing up? Anyone who's still on the fence would also have until that time to figure out whether they'll definitely be coming. That way, we'll have a clear headcount and know just how much space we'll need.

My only issue with that is its sooo far ahead of schedule (so who knows in a year who might want to go but missed out because they didn't say yes now). But I'm cool with that. If someone wants to organize that or something.

I guess overall it's more likely people drop out then sign up but worst case scenario everyone wants to go and can't. Which would really suck I'd think.

We can set the deadline so it's further in the future- I mean, we kind of have a while. I don't know off hand how soon the reservation would need to be made, but I imagine we could wait some time, seeing as how we currently have over a year. We could set the deadline to be in December and still have seven months to book a place.

My biggest fear is that the off chance someone else reserves it before us. Also if we don't do anything in the next few months it'll start to feel like it won't happen. I think, which was Spaz's fear.

Well, I can assure you that if we set up a definite deadline, I'll bug the fuck out of you once it's up. :P But it's just a suggestion. I think it's probably more likely that people will drop off, rather than everyone will go.

Yeah I agree. We should just set a deadline of the end of this month. I think that's fair kinda. Also Location C might just win and then it won't even matter as that's the max I can find anyways.

Alright, then the 30th will be the deadline. Currently we would have a max of 18 adults and 4 children, so a couple of people could still sign up (and this is assuming all SOs would be coming, which is fairly unlikely).

I agree with you. I like G a lot too. If I could have a cabin all by myself it'd be G.
