I should have the money to fly out for this, it's just about getting the time free. I'm going back to school, but this should be time I have off and I always seem to be able to ditch work for travel so I can't see why this would be an exception. Girlfriend will definitely come to America, but she might choose to spend the time visiting family instead.

All in good time. Once we get the lodging down we can contact the owner and get details of the place. Fro. There we can figure out food, entertainment, and activities.

Though if you do happen to put together a team building exercise I'm certain we can make it happen.

4 nights, 5 days, anyone? Monday-Thursday nights, leave Friday? It's going to take all of us time to travel anyway. 

 

Those dates are more than likely fine with me. And the gf's birthday is on the 10th! So perfect timing. :) (Plus I made plans for those days this year and didn't get any complaints from the boss, so I don't see them being an issue next year either.)

I was with you on the first two. Then things got weird really fast.

Judging by the responses I've gotten for the date I think it's safe to say we all can make July 11th-14th

Since we also seem to have a few more people than originally expected I'll be looking into slightly more accommodating lodgings.

Again, I'm operating on the fact that MD offered to pay for lodging, so I'll be doing my best to keep to that.

I'll have more options come later tonight. I will also review the other options I proposed to see if they are still compatible with our needs.

The more the merrier! I would understand if she doesn't want to though. I'm sure I wouldn't be thrilled to meet a ton of people I didn't know.

I've been told this before. I should look into that. I doubt the amount of people who tell me this are all lying. I do have managerial experience. Sadly I lack a filter. I get myself into trouble occasionally. :)
