We should probably start trying to keep an official headcount so we'll know for sure how much space we'll need. I made a spreadsheet for just that, with the names of everyone who's posted in this topic. If your name is missing, feel free to add it in. If you won't be going, just delete your name from the list. If you're unsure, put your name down and a 'maybe' under attendance.

 

I also put a column down for significant others and children. For the former, answer with a yes, no or a maybe if you're not sure yet. If your SO is a member on MP, their name should be on a separate row from yours. For kids, you can just put the number of children that'll be with you.

Yeah Bee for sure would have to go. I haven't talked to her about it though.

I put myself down as a definitely~ I agree with Spaz, though; anything can change, and the sooner we lock in dates, the better. I don't even care about locations as quickly, but once I have a date, I can block that out. :) Telling my current boss a year in advance should be plenty of time... XD And knowing the date on the off chance I get a new job means I can tell them I'm not available those days before getting the job. 

 

I put significant other as a possibility. There's a lot of factors for whether my gf would come or not.

I suggested a Monday since travel, especially during the weekends, can be harsh. Then we still have the whole week as well as an actual weekend if we wanted to do other things.

Perhaps a Monday-Friday?

Monday-Friday sounds like the most I would be able to handle. And judging from other people's hypothetical plans that won't be made for at least half a year, the week you suggested is probably one of the best bets for me. So maybe Monday, July 11 through Friday, July 15?

Yeah that works. Although I don't know if I'd be able to go all days. I was thinking like 4ish at most. It'd take me at least a day or two of travel both ways, which is a lot of time to take off.
