A beach would include too much sunscreen and sand in all kinds of places.

I vote a forest. It would be nice to explore.

this one is a huge house in a national park, plus it's an hour away from cedar point. it'd be fun to do real world type stuff with challenges and video montages and manufactured drama

That could work. I like this idea! Plus we can likely get a group rate from Cedar Point. Even if we choose not to go, still a nice location.

Also, is that place $400 a night for the HOUSE, or for a room in it? I couldn't figure it out.

it's for the whole house, so it'd be like 100/person/night. way better than separate hotels and having to coordinate.

Idk, $400 for the house means waaay less than $100 per person if you ask me ;D 

 

The more people, the less it'd cost! And that place would be close enough that I'd be able to drive there~

kamau, did you find any rentals you liked? i just shared that one because i'm a low light plant that needs to be around other low light plants, so being near forests just agrees with me. a house near the woods and cedar point sound like a great vacation, plus i can drive there in a day. it'd be great if we could cram 10 people into 4 bedrooms and only pay 40/night, but whatre the odds of that happening?

I haven't looked at them terribly in depth yet, but this site has a lot of different lodging options in Ohio. A lot of them can accomodate a lot of people.

 

One of the ones I looked at had a $200 difference per night depending on whether you went during the week or the weekend.
