I've been playing MLB 15 the Show this week, and nothing else. Best baseball game ever made. I love baseball. And video games.

Send help.

World of Warships.

It's everything the Mighty Jingles said it would be. I love it. I even love my crappy Tier I cruisers that can't take a punch. Or move out of the way in time unless that punch is thrown about twelve kilometers away.

Add Trauma Center: Second Opinion to my list for today.

I have a lot of untouched Wii games.

I tried looking up a guide for that part. The guy claims that your in-game assistant gives you incorrect information, but I couldn't make sense of the guide's information either. I ended up just using the Healing Touch to power through it as fast as possible.

It's kind of funny to me that the game just assumes you're going to use your magic time-slowing doctor powers all the time. Shortly after I learned the ability, there were some cutscenes where people kept saying, "He moved so fast! I could barely tell what he did!" And I'm like, "Guys...I didn't even use it."

Still World of Warships, though now I have better ships.

Destroyers are evil. They're hard to master, and at the same time, something you don't want to EVER be close to you. Because if they're hostile, they're going to torpedo you, and you're going to die horribly.

If they're friendly, they're probably STILL going to torpedo you, and you're still going to die horribly.

Those rare times when one of your shells detonates an enemy ship's ammo magazine though...there is nothing quite like it. Just watching a giant ship take one shell and then violently explode is a glorious thing.

Elite Beat Agenst. Because it was $1.79. My only gripe is that I have to unlock Hard.

EDIT: That one song...

One of these days I need to actually finish that game. I've still never beaten a numbered Final Fantasy, but that one was good times. And talking about things like the Auto Crossbow is making me nostalgic.

Eventually I'll get around to playing that on my phone, whether I actually buy it or just emulate it. It's probably best that it hasn't happened yet, though.

Speaking of phone games, I just finished playing X-Com on Android. Still damn good.

Link's Crossbow Training. I do rather like the idea of the Wii Zapper, but boy does my wrist hurt after just a couple of levels...

Still also working my way through the rest of the games I mentioned in recent posts, primarily Elite Beat Agents (beat Medium, about half way through Hard) and Donkey Kong Country Returns (ready for world 7 of 8).

Sonic Colors is pretty fun so far. Some of the levels feel super short, but I suppose there are always collectibles to track down if I need to make things last longer. I only have access to one of the color powers so far, so I'm curious to see how much the others will mix up the formula.

I've been buying up some inexpensive games that I probably would have gotten if I had been playing games more actively over the past three years. I replaced my busted Guitar Hero drums (which arrived in the mail today~) and got a handful of GH games to go along with them. The drums also came with another guitar, so now with GH5 I can accommodate four players without having to convince someone to do vocals. Now if only I still had three friends who played video games...

Man, I miss playing Guitar Hero/Rock Band.

I want to get the new Rock Band coming out. Especially since they've always been good about DLC.

I hate DLC, and everyone knows this.

But they know how to make it compelling. Give me something I actually want, and I'll buy it.

I feel like we had planned to form an MP party in that game some time ago, but it never happened as far as I know.

Still playing World of Warships. Getting better at it, too.

Attached File  King Kongo 1.png   273.27K   0 downloads

The Kongo is a finicky thing, but when she gets her guns to bear and the firing solution is true, she'll tear ships right in half. I doled out more than 86,000 damage that battle, and sent four members of the enemy team to the bottom. Not to mention hastened the journey for a few more. Top on the team by a wide margin, as well (hell, top in the match for that matter). I'll share the scoreboard to show what I mean only if Bottom Guy is okay with it, otherwise I'll have to edit out his name :P
