I've never seen My Neighbor Totoro either. I don't even know what it's about.

And... weabo must be some newfangled term you young'ns came up with. I woulda thought geek/nerd/otaku would have been enough, but then, it's not really D&D nerdy either.

I bought Totoro and have watched it exactly one time. Weird stuff.

And weeaboo is a word that 4chan stole from Perry Bible Fellowship and turned into a hateful term for overzealous anime fans.

Stellvia of the Universe is a real feel-good series. It reminds me of World of Narue. The main character is a genius girl (specializes in programming) training at an academy to be a pilot of a spaceship. Simple, lighthearted, and no real conflict. Perfect if you need to wind down a bit :) Also, Angela performed the opening and closing themes, and that alone is more than enough to get me to watch.

I just watched The Mask for the first time in years, simply because I couldn't remember much about it other than some of the one-liners and Tex Avery references.

It will be many more years before I consider watching it again (although Milo was pretty cool).

Just finished going through Grenadier with commentary from the Japanese VAs, which was kinda hilarious since they had no idea what to talk about and mostly ended up poking fun at each other's characters.

(Koro ni is two words, which is probably part of what was confusing you.)

koro ni? tokoro ni maybe. i've never seen koro, the word that seems to stand for place... tokoro is the word I know for that... and ni isn't really another word... just a marker to signify it's use.... ah well, been to long since i studied, and well, I don't think I ever studied nearly hard enough for the class.

My friends and I watched some more of Voltron tonight. And for the past few days, my other friend and I have been watching Cyborg 009 again from the beginning. She had no idea there were more episodes past what Toonami showed. I have been enlightening her. :D
