Just out of curiosity.

What does all these cool people work with, I would imagine we have a lot of developers, web designers, and graphical designers, but what do I know, I'm just a geek

As for me, I work as Operations Technician with some development projects since I used to be a developer, so some software are created by me alone so I have to maintain them.

I sell truck parts! Like for dump trucks and semis and stuff. Yes I know. Pretty much the coolest job ever.

I am a freelance web developer. Previously I worked as general IT guy for a small business and a lot of the work I still do is maintaining their e-commerce websites, intranet and general networking.

It's your memory tricking you. I have been doing this for like 5 years. I think Odon did some form of this back in the RpgWizard days. I think I was into Roofing back then.

I currently work at Starbucks.
It's terrible.

I mean it's a good job for what it is. But it is terrible.

I also kind of work for a local magazine called The DLM. I maintain their website(s) and occasionally write articles (I haven't in a while)

I posted in Win Some/Lose Some I just got hired for a new job programming in Python (I guess) but I don't start until next month so I'm not exactly 100% sure what I'll be doing day by day, besides the fact I will only work graveyard shifts.

does anyone want to help me sell plastics? one of our customers went into collections, and i'm getting a great lesson in how the plastics industry works. 70% of what you think of as being "recycled plastic" has actually been recycled 4-6 times. the manufacturer ships off their refuse to a recycling plant, who sorts and sells it to another manufacturer. literally everything plastic gets used in one way or another. we can get paid cash, so no pesky IRS looking into your activities.
