The universe is a cruel, uncaring void. The key to being happy isn't a search for meaning. It's to just keep yourself busy with unimportant nonsense, and eventually, you'll be dead.

Are there mods for Skyrim that enable these things?

Anywhere that is water is automatically labeled as boring in the back of my mind in games like these.
i kept waiting for some kinda giant light up deep sea fangly fish to attack me underwater in the shivering isles. why was underwater combat even a thing if you never used it?

And that quest where you got slaughterfish scales.
And sometimes it was fun to lure enemies into water....
Yeah I got nothing.
But dear Jesus, Morrowind jumps... Oh I loved jumping quite literally over mountains.

edit: in red dead redemption and gta 4's deathmatch modes, if you got a kill from far away, it would tell you exactly how many meters. i'd enjoy that in skyrim. fallouts limb damage and crippling feel purposely left out too. there's no reason to have kept it out after putting it in fallout, even if it's just "not an es mechanic", it would have made combat a lot more challenging.
there are so many calculations and variables being run in any fight, but you can't really appreciate them because there's nothing in between 100% health, and 0.

Man, that also sort of sucked. I mean, sure, it's a bit morbid, but who DIDN'T like to cut the heads off of a couple raiders and then place them in various areas. I also agree with limb damage, it would've made the game more fun...
But I guess removing it makes sense with no base stats, which I also wish they added.

TheNameWith1Number: I agree too, but I also like how you can play in third person and it looks cool. I remember games with the option to play in first or second person look good... But are cheap in quality. What I mean is in some you do cool executions in first person, zoom out of first and in third person you just stand there any the enemy just drops dead...

Remember how Morrowind had Bloodmoon and Tribunal and they were big awesome places?
I miss that. I was expecting so much more Skyrim DLC.

Well maybe you should just get it. Considering it's been out for months. It came out the same time as the PC version.
