Is it bad that I can no longer tolerate the sense of humor on Joystiq? Gah. No more. No more.

Can anybody recommend an alternative site that just does regular news updates? Only, without the stupid?

I haven't been to Kotaku in a while, so I wasn't aware, til now, that it was Gawker media. Which I can barely tolerate, either... Though, for different reasons.

Gawker media is sucky, but at least every blog is edited by someone differently. I always felt like Kotaku was the most competent out of all of those blogs.

I don't think you're getting bored, just old and not being able to tolerate anything.

On that note, wouldn't it be nice if Bethesda did their main franchises, Elder Scrolls and Fallout, using id tech? It seems to me that it would remove a lot of the baggage that Gamebryo engine brings with it. Maybe this is one of the reasons Bethesda bought id... Yay speculation.
