On to my own affairs:
- sick...bleh

++ have a steady job for now. contact ends in about 2 months but I'm pretty sure ill get another year.
- travel time to and from work is killing my social life (the already tiny amount I have)

I don't have it (for a client running XP, even after explaining its in the lower left corner. even worse, I was monitoring his screen and could see it perfectly well.....but the absolute worst about it: it was a government employee who handles projects that cost into the millions...I lost faith in our government)

Dude you should try to stick it out. Even if living with him sucks, just stay in your room when you're home, and spend as much time outside the house as you can. Who knows, maybe you'll really hit it off with this chick and get an apartment or something.

Thanks to everyone for offering suggestions but the apartment we're staying at now is not where we'll be staying come the end of the month in a few days and when we go downstairs to the other one(same building) I would be sleeping in the living room. Now I can't manage to make this happen because that means I'll have to see him every day, now that wasn't a bad thing before he started acting psychotic and blaming me for all of his problems but now I just think it would make him feel even more ambiguity towards me. While I can stay in my bedroom for now even with these jobs I wouldn't be able to afford a place on my own and I can't put that kind of stress on a budding relationship to try moving in with them that quickly, I haven't dated anyone since high school and to get back on the saddle I'm gonna have to take it slow, I can't rush into anything. So the only option I can really see is just going back to Michigan trying to find a new job and being miserable for a while. At least until I can get something good going, but considering nothing truly good has happened to me in years, well, I think it's gonna be a while and my emotions are gonna be in shambles for a bit.

+++ Learned that my nephew has a habit of grinning at his food and saying 'buh-bye!' in an uncharacteristically deep voice before eating it.

++ My dog was much more well behaved around Asher than in previous visits, so I think he's actually learning that he's not supposed to herd the baby (he's a border collie/corgi mix, so herding is what he does, but it can be a problem if he tries to nip 'im).

-/+ His better behavior might have something to do with the fact that Asher has learned that dogs like it when you throw food on the floor.

My script was odd. It wouldn't really select the radio buttons but it would select the table cells of which the radio buttons were in, and I just couldn't get it to work. My lead programmer wrote me the script on how it should work, and I didn't want to just copy it...but I ended up just copying it because I don't know if there was any way for my version to work.

- Didn't plan on an overnight, so didn't bring a change of clothes

+ Because I never have an excuse to wear it but this time I do because "you called me last minute. I came in what i was wearing."

- Because I need to look professional tomorrow

- Still no clue what time I need to meet tomorrow because the call time hasn't been annouced yet...

+/- decided I'd format the Ubuntu drive and reinstall it after Windows.

----- forgot windows doesn't automatically download all of your drivers during installation.

You may want to use Windows 7 for gaming, since XP doesn't even support the current (Not newest!)version of DirectX.
