Startled awake by a nightmare that was soon forgotten, Stars looked around the common room to make sure everyone who had slept there was still present and alive. Still half-asleep, he looked at each person in turn until he spotted one other person who was awake. "You're okay then? Did you hear or see anything during the night?"

"Nah, man, I'm a heavy sleeper. Though in this kind of situation, I wish I wasn't."

Seeing FILLMORE come out of their room, Jody quickly embraces him. She couldn't sleep for the longest time imaginging something would happen to him. Although she was glad to see him alive, she couldn't help from worrying about the rest of her peers. "I don't know, no one's answering when I knock..."

Walking up to the doors again, she tries banging harder. "IS ANYONE ALIVE IN THERE?" Jody looks up and checks the door number. Room 102. If she remembered right, Odon and BLU stayed in there. Odon... he was everywhere last night. Did he ever go to bed?

Jody pounds on the door, then slowly grabs the knob and pushes it open. "Is anyone in here?"

Fillmore grabbed the door from Jody, "Hold on, if someone's dead in there, and I'm seen walking out with this knife... Well, there are already enough suspicions. Let's just go to the common room, I think I heard a bunch of them saying they were gonna sleep there. Maybe they all did."

Closing the door, Jody walks down the hallway and down the stairs to the common room with Fillmore in tow. Before going down the stairs, she casts one quick glance down the hallway again. She could have swore she heard a door close in the hallway last night...

Shrugging it off, she enters the common room and sees only a few people awake. Smiling in relief that atleast some of them were okay, she approaches their group.

"Pins and needles man, pins and needles. I tend to wake up before whatever it is supposed to wake me does. Like if I set a clock, I wake up 5 minutes before it goes off no matter what. But nah, I didn't see anything last night. Few bumps and creaks in the night from the building and storm, but no bloody curdling screams." BG got up from his little niche on the floor and stretched his body out. Felt like he didn't get any sleep though he new he got some somewhere. "Hear a bunch of pounding now though from the hallway," he said looking in that direction. A moment later Fillmore and Jody came their way. "Well if isn't the two bangers. At least that's two more who made it."

BLU cautiously opens the door, to be greeted by Fillmore and Jody.

"I'm fine in here, and glad to see that you two are alright. Unfortunately, Odon hasn't been in here at any point last night, although his constant panic only makes me more nervous, so at least I got a decent night's sleep. Is everyone else okay?"

Fillmore turned around at BLU's voice, "Odon's missing? Maybe he just got up early and went to bed late. The g uy's got a lot of energy."

Slipping out of his room, still a bit fatigued as he hardly slept the night before out of worry, Mr. Bear greeted those mingling in the common lobby.
"So," he asked suddenly, "Who killed who last night?"
He then proceeded to lazily yawn as if he was only echoing the seven o'clock news.

Roused by Stars' words, Hyperlisk woke up to hear Mr.Bear enter the room.

Still not wanting to wake up, Hyperlisk listened with his eyes closed as Mr.Bear talked.

At the end of Mr.Bear's abrupt opening, Hyperlisk only stared wide-eyed, looking towards an empty wall.

Someone died...? he thought to himself.

Hyperlisk righted himself from where he had been laying and looked towards Mr.Bear.

"Wha... What do you mean who killed who? Did something happen?" asked Hyperlisk, his voice filled with fear though he was obviously trying to hide it.

"Looks like you didn't die after all," Stars said to Fillmore when he and Jody entered the room. "Looks like your prediction was wrong. Lycanth's too; everyone in here is alive and well, it seems." Having said that, Stars looked around for some sign that the other students who had slept in their rooms were coming to the common room as well. "Where are Kamau and the others? Are they not up yet?"

"BLU's right behind me, but he said Odon never came to bed last night. Kamau's probably planning some nefarious plot to silence the rest of us." Fillmore looked around, "You don't think that Kamau might have done something to Odon do you? We need to go find out!"

[Puffin]

Just as Stars questioned where Kamau and the rest were, Puffin walked into the common room. He hadn't slept much last night, and looked like it, though he tried not to yawn too much. "Kamau's not up yet?" he asked, scanning the room to see who was up and present already, until Fillmore started talking about Kamau, "Would you stop blaming him for everything? Odon's been disappearing on and off, he'll probably come screaming in any minute..."

Genifurr woke up from all the noises she heard coming from out of her bed room door and walked into the common room lazily. She yawned and then rubbed her eyes. She looked up. "What's all the noise about. Something happen?"

"No, I don't know. That's why I'm asking. Everyone's is well, though?"

Genifurr stretched. "Yeah. I'm alright. I decided to get as much sleep as possible so if I was to be killed in the middle of the night. It wouldn't be so bad since it would happen in my sleep."

[Hyperlisk]

Hyperlisk let out a sigh of relief.

"Yeah, I'm OK over here. I could still use more sleep though..."

[Monkeydog]

Monkey came out of his room after waking up to find Mr. Bear missing.

"Oh there you are roomie, I'm glad you're alive...I'm glad I'm alive too. Who's missing? Has neither Silvs nor Kamau come from their room?"

"No, it doesn't look like they have..."
...There was a pause, and then it hit him.
"You don't think that-?!"
He rushed off to their room and forced it open with the master key before he even finished his sentence, and stumbled backwards with a gasp at what he saw...
