That was the tactical knife? I didn't think it was anything special. It DID remind me of Snake though. And what secondary weapons actually have attachments???

Any other Pro abilities that you know about? Slight of hand pro seems to just let you reaim slightly faster than slight of hand. Stopping power pro lets your weapon do more damage to vehicles- which is only useful if you have an Lmg and are shooting at someone's chopper.

Any of the secondary weapons except for launchers can have attachments. I think the extra effects for Pro Perks are listed somewhere in the Barracks, but I don't remember all of them off the top of my head. For the ones I do remember (or think that I remember): Scavenger gives extra ammo, Bling gives your secondary an extra attachment, either Marathon or Lightweight (can't remember which) lets you aim faster after sprinting, One Man Army switches classes a bit faster, Hardline lowers the requirement for your deathstreak by 1, Ninja gives you silent movement, Commando negates falling damage, Steady Aim lets you hold your breath longer, either Cold Blooded or Scrambler delays enemy claymores.

Play Phantasy Star Online Ep. 1&2 with some friends of mine. I started a character from scratch so I could go through it with 'em and have more fun. No fun if level... well at least lvl 60 hunter came in and destroyed everything in one hit.

I haven't played any of the original Ratchet & Clank games since I never had a PS2. It kinda makes me sad since they sound really fun.

Played the demo for Pokemon Rumble (Scramble in Japanese) last night. Fun as hell. We would have gotten the full game if there wasn't something up with the online system or whatever so that it couldn't verify my friend's credit card. Anyways, if you got a wii, you should all check out the demo.

And speaking of games I seriously hope to get this Christmas... Phantasy Star Zero
You DS players need to get it so we can have another game we can all play online.

I tried the Pokemon Rumble demo and the Bit.Trip Beat demo and those are some fun ass games. If I had $21 I'd totally buy that shit. Maybe I'm going to download Plasma Pong again...

Heh, if you do get Rumble, I'll probably see you online sometime in the next few weeks.

Seriously, between PS0, MW2, and Rumble... I'm not really sure which one will be dominating my online time.

I've been playing FF12, and since I now have a DS charger, I'll probably finally get around to beating FF4 (was in the last dungeon, then I put it down for a while and ended up lending it to a friend, losing the charger and, of course, SHE gave the DS back with the battery completely dead).

fallout 3 broken steel. i know someone, i think monkeydog, was saying how the level cap raise was pointless, but if you have run into an albino radscorpion with it set on very hard, you'll know why its necessary. but yeah, its ^_______fun_________^

Well if they just made it so that not every damn thing scaled with your level, no, it wouldn't be necessary.

I did find, though, that if you slow down the speed at which you level in the game by a considerable amount, it actually makes exploring feel like it's worth your time again. For a little while. I quit about about level 8 this time, and now hate that damn game again.

In other news, I recently played through Sam and Max Season 1 Episodes 3 and 4, and will start on 5 shortly. And I may actually force myself to play all the way through STALKER for once. I seriously have to start getting my money's worth on the games that I pay for...

The universe is a cruel, uncaring void. The key to being happy isn't a search for meaning. It's to just keep yourself busy with unimportant nonsense, and eventually, you'll be dead.

I've still never tried Fallout 3, though I have been meaning to go back and play Oblivion again, partly because I don't think I ever finished the Fighters Guild quests.

This morning I reached the halfway point in the Modern Warfare 2 campaign on Veteran. Repeatedly dying withing 5 seconds of respawning is bleh, but I have to beat the levels because I keep thinking to myself, "Surely I'm not this terrible at video games!"

Just came back from playing lots of Pokemon Rumble. =D

We got it this afternoon and my friend and I played until we beat it and it unlocked normal mode and we faced the 4th gen pokemon. Whereby I then pwned Grotle with Turtwig's Solarbeam. Good times.
