Maybe make a poll to see if we'd have a decent turn out? I don't mind doing some research. I can find hotels/activities and give a rough estimate for everyone. I even get discounts on flights/travel through my employer. I don't mind seeing if I get get anyone a better deal.

i found a website today called Home Away, and it has thousands of vacation rental houses everywhere. i saw stuff for as little as $125/night basically all over. i also saw a 50 acre "executive ranch" that sleeps 18, and has a boardroom. who would want to pitch in and rent a house for a week somewhere fun?

There is nothing to do in Maine unless you like hunting, driving through forests, looking at trees, or being attacked by moose.
