"The Shining"
It's got such an optimistic name, I'm sure nothing about this story could possibly end in tragedy :D
What are you watching?

Been watching Tara play Shadows of Mordor. It monopolizes the TV. Buut we're gonna watch something soon, while cleaning the living room. Probably either Survivor or The Voice (most likely The Voice).
I'm so behind on everything...

We've been falling behind on Sailor Moon, so my brother and I are getting caught up on that.
EDIT: And now I'm also up to date on Steven Universe.

Watched the latest episode of Legend of Korra. Biggest waste of time ever, besides Bolin and Varrick.

Apparently Nickelodeon cut the budget for book 4 by about one episode's worth, so the Korra people basically had to choose between "fire people" or "make a clips episode." =/

Still lame. I groaned the second I realized it was a recap episode.
Caught up on Survivor (finally). Caught up on The Amazing Race (easier: they skipped a week). Catching up on Agents of Shield (one episode to go, I think?). Also caught up on Legend of Korra (obviously).
Still to go: The Voice (only one or two episodes, not bad) and OUAT (not sure why I bother, but something in me wants to keep trying).
GF and I have also been watching Arrow now and then (working our way through season 2).
If I catch up on everything and find myself with time, I wanna get into Scorpion.
Aaand we also watched the 90's Animorphs TV show the other week. Many episodes of it, and many more to go. Yay!

Not sure if I should be laughing or not.

Finally saw Captain America: Winter Soldier. I had heard that it was quite good, and this was the case.

GF got me to watch The Dark Knight the other day. I've always said I wasn't a fan of Batman, but it was a really good movie.

I was listening to Serial today and saw this article and both things really made me feel like watching Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father. I don't know why, because that was a stupid decision, and now I hate myself and Bee hates me and I just want to cry for a very long time.

VIKINGS!!!!!!!!!!
We've made too many compromises already, too many retreats. They invade our space, and we fall back. They assimilate entire worlds, and we fall back. Not again. The line must be drawn here! This far and no further!

Watched the opening scenes of Peter Pan Live last night (mostly because I looked up and realized it was on, and because gf wanted to see it but was still at work, so I figured I should be able to report on it). Didn't get far into it because I decided it was kind of stupid...But if it's On Demand we might watch the whole thing for her.

House of Cards. Pretty good stuff. It's basically a gigantic cluster-f*@k of total d&%ks.

Holy crap, guyz. Agents of SHIELD has turned in to a pretty friggin' amazing show. If you're even a little bit curious abotu it, give it a shot. It's off until March, so there's plenty of time to catch up.
The universe is a cruel, uncaring void. The key to being happy isn't a search for meaning. It's to just keep yourself busy with unimportant nonsense, and eventually, you'll be dead.
