That was like one of my favorite parts.

Just because, you're right, it shouldn't happen, because it's horrible. But it just...I laughed, a lot.

not even just because of his nasally voice, but because its just sooooo out of character. having a picnic with the butterglider on the roof of an observatory? maybe chuck, wisdom, and lady nightshade were in the basket. the season isnt going anywhere, it's like rugratz growed up

I think it's going places, at least in the dynamics of The Monarch and 21.

I'm not sure why I accepted Monarch singing. Maybe because Billy's broke out into song before on the show, too.

Wasn't there something with him and Guardo, too? Monarch has some weird fetish stuff going on.

Man, this episode was great.

And I defiantly have to disagree with Kasper about this season going no where...to be honest, I'm actually kind of afraid as to where the show is headed now....because...it really feels like this ride of amazingness is heading to an end. If not this season, then the next, and I will just be totally sad if that happens.

the boys will probably die again and have to be re cloned. this show could go on forever like that.

editafterwatching: THERE'S THE REAL PLOT! NONE OF THIS MONARCH/21 TUG OF WAR CRAP. Get the whole Rosie O'Donnel/ Barbara Walters power struggle over and get to the real meat of it! as much as i love The Monarch and 21, they're getting stale because they've dominated the series as far as antagonists go. I'm glad they brought back those three characters instead of giving them the Scarecrow treatment. (one and you're done)

But I DON'T see how that's a problem. The Moarch/21 thing. It's only existed for 10 episodes so far, one season, and is noooot going to find a resolution by the end of the season.

And I highly doubt the brothers would be recloned, because they couldn't, and Jackson/Hammer wouldn't stoop that low. I don't know, I see nothing wrong with what's happening, it's all just building up to the finale.

Last night was a pretty enjoyable episode.

But I tend to prefer episodes that seemingly add nothing to the over arcing plot (which is always never the case later on in the show).

I loved the scene's with Rusty.

Yeah but The Venture Brothers is a pretty light weight show.

This is it's fourth season...and it's taken like two years for it to air 16 episodes (well...it will have).

The other three seasons only had thirteen episodes each. And the wait between seasons is forever. If anything, this is probably one of the easiest shows to be able to keep up with...considering how slow it moves.
