But in a slight attempt to discuss, I've never heard of the show.
The universe is a cruel, uncaring void. The key to being happy isn't a search for meaning. It's to just keep yourself busy with unimportant nonsense, and eventually, you'll be dead.

I don't know what else there is to say, really. The animation is great, the voice-acting is great, it cleverly mixes action with humor. I love the premise. It's sort of reminds me of a Johnny Quest meant for adults. (and in fact, I think Banon even makes a cameo in an episode). Plus, Patrick Warburton is awesome.
Maybe this was a little late, though. Oh well.

Why didn't you ever like physically force me to watch this Matt?

shame on you. i command you to watch the entire series here. i lvoe this show, its fantastic. it is constantly answering two questions- what happened to all the technology and science we were promised by the 1950's? and- In what manner can this character fail in the most spectacular fashion. I think taking down a squad of helicopters with a flying cacoon, and mass henchman suicide was definetely the best at the end of season 2.I think the clear lack of discussion is due to the clear lack of topic quality.
But in a slight attempt to discuss, I've never heard of the show.

Only reason I ever did end up watching it was because TVS started reviewing the new season and I needed something to watch.
It's surprisingly one of the best written shows I have ever seen, each and every one of the characters have a strong and intriguing back story. All while parodying things, being funny, and having a good chunk of action.
This really does have to be one of my favourite shows now.
Shame Colbert doesn't want anything to do with it anymore.

Ah well, the show can do without him. I won't miss that Mr.Amazing guy or whatever that much.
And man, Monkey, this just shows how ahead of my time I am. I was telling you this show was great 2 years ago!

After watching episode 11 again, now that it's available in better quality.(and that one torrent lied, there was no missing scene, pfft)
Now a rant, which I would usually probably direct towards BLU but he's gone:

I love how many plot points episode 11 hit. Which is why I think I like it more than 10. In episode 10 you see where all the minor characters are heading...like The Captain and JJ and The Monarch...and, honestly, I hate JJ and all his friends. But I did love having #24/#21 and the two new guys. Any Doc Hammer/Jackson Publick combo is awesome.
Anywho~ so episode 11 hit a lot of things, I think. Did Kano really kill Dr. Venture? I think he may have...it's really odd...they leave everything wide open, even when they kind of answer it...like who Hank/Dean's mom is, and is Dermott really Brock's son? It makes it feel like the question wasn't truly answered, there is more to it. We also learn that the Venture family seems to have made the Guild, or a maker...the Venture family and the Phantom Limb's family(it's so sad I recognized that one fellow from one of The Phantom Limb's paintings before learning the guys name...because his name gives it away) also seem close...I always have wondered if Dr. Venture had more to do with the Guild...maybe he does?
Also what does the Orb do? I'm so very curious...and I'm also wondering this...It's kind of assumed that the Venture family can not be trusted with it, that is why they must be killed. However it also seems to be that Dr. Venture was an only son, so maybe...just maybe...it is supposed to be JJ who wants to use the Orb and has to be killed. Or maybe it's Quymn? Of course she isn't a said Jonas Venture offspring...but it's kind of hinted at that she is Rusty's sister, most likely. Especially when Colonel Gentleman said Quymn was his step daughter in Now Museum Now You Don't when he punched Rusty. Plus, are we ever seeing her again? And what about Molotov? We haven't seen her all season...but if images I have seen are to be believed, she'll be coming back soon, just as Mr. Doe and Mr. Cardholder will be. Love them. And what happened to Sgt. Hatred? and Hank's mind set that he's The Highlander?
I can not wait for the next two episodes, or one episode, whichever. It feels like a lot will be told in the next two episodes.
However, season 4 is already in production...there won't be too much told, we still need stories for that season. But Publick has said that if a delayed time between seasons happens again, like between season 2 and season 3...this finale warrants it. Good thing there won't be a big delay this time though.

why do billy and white keep jars of pee in the trailer?
is the person in the blimp that is refered to as fantamos phantom limb? or a relative? we're never given an age of phantom limb, so it could be that he is after the orb as well.
did brock's car try to kill him as a result of the code he gave it being accidental? (like a suicide pill?) or was it something put there by osi? that could mean that osi wants the orb to be activated, and hunter gathers could be a lot saner than he comes off as being.
kano says he is mute as punishment for depriving the world of a great man, but he is referred to as being a mute in earlier episodes when venture sr. is alive. this would mean he isnt referring to dr venture, but could still mean that he killed him. it could just mean that he killed someone else.
i dont think it was meant for jonas jr, nobody knew about him until the end of season 1. but he could have been an implant by jonas sr. that seems to be the kind of thing that a venture would do. also, i dont think tara quymm and rusty are half siblings b/c col. gentleman punched rusty b/c he probably knew about the whole jungle thing. also, tara is a member of the guild. we see her face on a list of guild nemeses in an earlier episode.
has anyone seen hellraiser? the orb reminds me of lemarchand's puzzlebox. especially when venture says "paperweight my ass" because in hellraiser 2, there are other puzzleboxes that are presumably paperweights. just a wierd connection im making.

A) He is a relative. We're shown Fantamos' in the Invisible Hand of Fate earlier this season.is the person in the blimp that is refered to as fantamos phantom limb? or a relative? we're never given an age of phantom limb, so it could be that he is after the orb as well.
i dont think it was meant for jonas jr, nobody knew about him until the end of season 1. but he could have been an implant by jonas sr. that seems to be the kind of thing that a venture would do. also, i dont think tara quymm and rusty are half siblings b/c col. gentleman punched rusty b/c he probably knew about the whole jungle thing. also, tara is a member of the guild. we see her face on a list of guild nemeses in an earlier episode.
B) Well it didn't have to be meant for him and thought about it by Sr. It could just be that he is the true heir in the family, unlike Rusty. Considering Jr. is so much better at everything unlike Rusty, he takes after Sr. so much more.
C) Col. Gentleman DID punch out Rusty because of the whole jungle thing. He did it at the same time saying this is for breaking my step-daughter's heart. So we now know Tara is not related to Col. Gentleman...and we do know who her mom was sleeping around with who could have given Tara her red hair...
D) Tara isn't in the guild...Tara is like Rusty or JJ or the Order of the Triad. She can be arched. The Monarch was looking at a book of possible people he could arch when Tara's picture popped up.
E) Kano has spoken before, only once though...in Now Museum Now You Don't. He goes GO TEAM VENTURE! with the others.
