Glace that's awesome! At first I was bummed out that you couldn't pick one character and run with it, but now I kind of think this is a more interesting idea. If you ever get around to finishing it, you should make it so you play as all characters at once--maybe even selecting a few to play as during important scenes, and then the AI just decides who to kill based on your actions as each character. That would probably be a lot to do, but I think it's an interesting concept that's never been done before.

Here is my entry I tried recording this like five thousand times, or at least it feels like it, this was the best take and I mumble a bit so I'll include the lyrics

 

 

We arrived and people stared, one warned us said better be care-ful.

The butler buttled, showed us to our rooms, said get ready, dinner is soon.

did what we did to get ready, I can’t really speak for anyone else

changed my clothes got comfortable, felt my stomach rumble so I came down stairs

 

The butler was kind of a badass, The butler was kind of a bad ass

what I saw I couldn’t imagine, Eight feet tall and hairy as can be

Teeth like razors, five inches a piece, Hands with opposable thumbs

Throat slit ear to ear, butlers mangled corpse next to its

Left a note in blood said werewolf problems, killed this one but the infection spreads.

thanks man, I feel like with more time I probably would have been able to make it better with more time. I didn't think I was going to get it submitted so I put off writing the verses until Friday when I saw the deadline was extended.

Here's something I probably should have looked into before now...

Is it possible to upload and embed a .SWF file in a post? If not, I can probably just upload it as an attachment (after I give myself permission to upload that file type).

I made a thread in spaz forum with an swf in it just so you can edit it if you want to see how to embed flash. Make sure you enable html in the thread.

EDIT: Probably because the connection on my desktop is horrendously slow...

My original plan was to make a still image of myself turning into a werewolf. Then I decided it would be more fun to make a gif of it. Then I decided to dust off Flash and add some sound (the voice is obviously me, the sound effects were foraged from free resource sites). It's not quite complete since I didn't leave myself enough time to do everything I wanted, but I'm reasonably satisfied with how it turned out, considering.

I didn't make a pre-loader, but it's under 5MB, so I'm hoping that won't be a problem.
