It's just that the airship fin is a similar color and tips off right around where the mountain could be standing, so when you just look at that part, it looks like part of the mountain minus the snow.

The yellow one in the foreground. The brown dorsal fin almost looks like part of the mountain range.

Yeah, I don't get you guys with the yellow airship. It's pretty distinctive and it should kind of be obvious even in the way it's shaped...

I just had a look at all your artwork. I have to say my favourite is the landscape one. Don't know why, but it reminds me of something I read once. Nostalgia, and all that.

Wow, been over a month since I've posted any art...
Anyways, three new pics. The first two are maps for the series Kamau and I are working on, before and after massive catastrophes change the landscape of the world. The third is my character Ishbuu, normally she's white and purple but I decided to make her look completely white... Except she turned out more grayish-purple, but oh well. I still like how the facial features came out, and it was interesting drawing white eyelashes rather than your standard dark lashes.
Also, I have a new tablet! Intuos4 small~ So, this'll mean I'll have more digital art up now and then, and that the various line arts I said I'd color, will actually get colored. Yaaay.

Ahem. Anyway. I've already discussed the maps with you, and that included how much I liked them. So there.

The Ishbuu pic isn't my favorite style of your art, but it looks fine. I like her ears.

I will admit that it was strangely entertaining to switch back and forth between the two maps to spot all the things that were different.

Yeah, I know. That pic has bothered me tons since I finished it, since something in general does bother me about it. I just can't place what. I didn't really paint it differently from any of my other works, but it still turned out...odd. In some ways, I feel her portrait came out more angular and edgier than how I would normally draw her. I might just need more time to actually practice with it, before I get used to painting in photoshop again.

Now that you mention it, I did make her iris and pupil a little too small in relation to the rest of her eye... That might be it.

Seriously, whenever I start coloring something, my wrist starts to act up and hurt. It's really, really annoying. :( However, I did just scan a whole bunch of pics the other day and while I'll be attempting to color at least most of them, you guys should see a major update soon enough.

Anyways, yeah, since there's a lot, anyone who manages to comment or critique each one of these new pics can request one free pic* (cuz you know, I'd so charge you guys if you requested a pic outside of an offer like this).

*Picture will probably be, at best, the quality of the Winter Storm or Snowball Fight pictures. If a complex or very detailed picture is requested, it may not come out as desired, unless I happen to like the subject. Just warning you guys so you don't expect me to draw a picture featuring your 80 billion favorite anime characters or some such and have it come out PERFECT. If the request is not overly complex and doesn't make me want to stab you, I'll do a good job at it.
