Delphox- Fennekin's 2nd form, like delphi oracle maybe, as it gets psychic powers. do the secondary types kick in right away, or are they third form only?

I don't know if my local gamestop is doing a midnight launch but I might. I might just pick it up at Walmart though I'm undecided yet if that poster is really worth preordering.I've been itching to get this ever since ACNL started feeling like a chore. It's not like Pokemon games get price drops until they're two generations old, so there's not much reason not to pre-order unless you're tight for cash.

Just called my local Gamestop and instead of them opening at 10am, they will be opening at 9am for the release. Though I feel it should be sooner, I won't whine too much.
