Quesadilla wrap. Put some sour cream, cheese, ham, bacon and wrapped it up and put it on a skillet with a 1/4 cup of oil on it.... Quite delicious.

ooh. A what I ate thread. Dont see these often. Umm I ait some bloody horse meat just now for dinner.........what! I was just joking around. Okay for real. I ate just now for dinner a Chunky giant burito with extra sauce. A bag of spicy doritos. A cup of delicious chocolate pudding. And to finish it up a nice can of pepsi. And I ate everything like a boss. Like a true boss. LOL

that sounds fantastic. how do you bake it?

made my own pasta sauce with turkey sausage, oregano, and a little cinnamon. i like to take tge ratatouille approach to cooking.

It's a two-ingredient recipe, just ice cream and self-rising flour, plus any extra stuff you want to add for variety (we did chocolate chips and chopped walnuts pecans). The ice cream has all the milk and sugar and such that you need, and it turns out rather like a pound cake.

Now that I'm at a proper computer:

 

Take 2 cups of softened ice cream and stir until smooth. Mix in 1.5 cups of self-rising flour. Pre-heat oven to 350 and bake for 45 minutes. Bam, ice cream bread. You can experiment with things like chocolate chips, nuts, and dried fruit, and you can probably do it with different flavors of ice cream.

We've already finished off the first loaf. Next up to try is fudge brownie ice cream bread.

EDIT: It only rose about half as much as the vanilla, so it's really dense. It's excellent with Cool Whip though.
