Somewhat related, our waiter introduced himself as Cali. We asked, and it is aparently short for California, middle name Sunshine.
Also, this is the first time I can remember seeing a selection of cigars on a restaurant menu.

I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't. It's actually a pretty disgusting sandwich. But it tastes so instant satisfactiony good!
