I prefer us all using the same suggestions. It's interesting to see what everyone comes up with.... although here's an idea, what if we don't just post our pictures here, but instead send them to you when they're finished? Then on the due date they're posted all at once for comparison.

You can still post pictures for Round 2 today, but I've gone ahead and added Round 3 to my first post.

This one is similar to the first two rounds, but I've added one more item to incorporate into the creature: an instrument. You can have your animal playing the instrument if you feel you must, but making it a part of the creature is preferred.

Remember to PM your pictures to me instead of posting them here. I will then post them all at once next Friday.

Thanks, I saw this late, but I also wasn't planning on doing that one. I was more or less half way done with the one that I had made. Besides, now that I know whats going on I can now make cool things!

I've only gotten one picture so far. Were there too many items, or was this just a particularly difficult one to get ideas for? Or are there some pictures in the works that I just haven't received yet?

Here are the entries so far for Round 3. I have also added thumbnails and the criteria for Round 4 in the top post. This one will go back to just two animals and an element. Round 5 after that will be humanoids mixed with whatever I wind up rolling.

Mine still isn't finished, but here's what I have so far. Still needs its wings, then some details and a bunch of clean up. May or may not end up coloring this one.

I imagine this guy being a mythical creature, actually. Being that wherever he goes, rain follows. I tried to fit the rain theme in with the bell a bit more, two, not sure how well that worked, but oh well.

i think this is one of the better time limit drawings ive done in photoshop. The ram bears the feathers of the raven on its arms, and while it cannot fly, it gains the Lady's blessing of being able to call down the rains with its enchanted cowbell forged from the same immortal ores as the Horned Lord's cauldron.

If there are no objections, I'm going to change this thing back to every two weeks to hopefully allow for more pictures to get done in time.

tried to vectorize it, but stupid photoshop doesn't handle anchor points well.

if i'm not too lazy I might just use pencil to complete it.



I went for a large landscape idea with mountains in the far distance.

it also needs a thought bubble going *I need to move faster* because of the oncoming tornado.
