+ Finally pulled my weight below the 160 lb threshold~

(The scale said 159.9~ :p)

- Not sure I feel motivated enough to lose the remaining 19 lbs to reach a BMI of 22. Partly because bleh, BMI.

5' 7" and somewhere in the neighborhood of 21% according to the online calculator I just asked. It seems to vary depending on whose formula you use.

+Ill probably take the rest of the day off. We are supposed to get 7 inches of snow today. No sense going in the ditch again.

+ Yep I'm 100% fine. Not totally sure about my truck yet, but it seems to be intact.

- Still waiting an hour later in the ditch. 4 other vehicles slid in at same time as me and I am in good shape so not top priority.

So a healthy weight/BMI?

I'm personally 6'3 and 145 pounds, but I haven't done a BMI thing in forever, I know it's really small though. When I was running every day it was below 10%.

As for +/- today...

+++ Baseball is coming

+++++++++++ Ryan Dempster is basically retiring, and giving us back a lot of money!

++++++++++++++++++++ We won't be using that money on Stephen Drew probably

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I cannot stress how awesome this financial flexibility is

- I do not have a stake in the Red Sox

---------------------------- I don't have stake in well, anything.

-------------------------------------------------------- I have accomplished nothing

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Absolute depression.

My current BMI is 25.1, with 25 being the threshold for "overweight" and 22 (141 lbs for my height) being ideal.

I never bought into the "standards" of overweight/underweight.

If you feel good about yourself, you are healthy, and that's how I view it.

Well, I'm certainly healthy, and I hide it well enough, but my abdomen is definitely rounder than I would prefer. I want to go out and jog or something, but the air is too cold for my asthma right now. Going to try to be more active once the weather warms up enough.

- VP got stuck in the road trying to let me out...

---- Called into work, but manager sent someone to get me.

- I didn't refuse, I wish I did.

+++ 40 degrees out today! It was like summer!

++++ Played in the snow with my Mom and Rose!
