Dunno what's in those monster manuals, but I've always liked the sound of a bronze half-dragon hound archon (something like a fighter that doesn't rely too much on class powers). >_> <_<

I don't think that will fall within our effective character level limits.


+/- found awesome character possibility in monster manual IV, but it's 1 level above our ECL limit AND underpowered compared to the Rakshasa from monster manual I (comparable creatures, both are large cat mages)
++ opportunity to alter the stats for the creature so it's more balanced.

-summer apartment plans fell through.
+friends are fortunately not visibly mad at me for being unreliable.
---stress sickness. complexion is haggard. i think i gained like 7lbs. since i've been eating crap food and not receiving any meaningful amount of sleep.
++about 8 hrs. until break. which means sleep, good food, clean room, and back to exercising.
-bittersweet conclusion to my adventures in pure mathematics. i think i passed the class, but geez, it was a struggle.

I looked at this with 3.5 rules and stuff.

you CAN make a bronze half-dragon hound archon, ECL comes to 14 (15 is the max). and it WOULD be cool.
There is just one downside...archon's are good characters and we are going to run an evil campaign. Some of the archon's abilities and skills will turn useless when he is evil, but we could always adjust it to make it a Fallen Hound Archon =D. make him worship Slaanesh or Tiamat maybe

Since Bronze Dragons are also Lawful Good, you should make it a Cobalt Half-Dragon "Fallen" Hound Archon. Then it can have the awesome breath weapon. :D
That link should give the name of the Ferrous Dragon god, I think.

It's breath weapon in 3.5 is not that awesome actually. only 6d8 of a single elemental type (or acid).

++ gonna be alone at work again pretty soon. Boss only needs to take care of some stuff (when he actually took a day of).

- don't know what I want to be for the next campaign. Zern are also pretty cool.
