--------------------------- Calf muscle cramp while sleeping, still hurts like hell, especially when walking.
+/- get to set up wireless network for a friend of mine, also have to select a router and laptop for him......on a Saturday (selections, not actual work yet...i hope)

The avatar is of "Kurokona", a fan created, dark and much more realistic interpretation of the original. Konata in Lucky Star is portrayed as a mildly athletic, intelligent and somewhat well-adjusted girl surrounded by good friends and a whirlwind of hidden potential. Kurokona reflects what she would really look like: Dark hair and corrective lenses due to watching too much anime and playing too many videogames. Ultimately, she doesn't have very many, if any, friends, and her grades are poor (and in some incarnations, she's even forced to drop out of school), and most of the time, she isolates herself from others to indulge in her escapist fantasies.

Some have theorized that all of Lucky Star was all merely part of the imagination of a lonely otaku hikikomori, sitting in her room and creating stories to keep herself from falling into the deep end.

I think it's a really neat interpretation, and I identify much more with her than Konata or any other character from the LS-verse.

I am more willing to read manga than watch anime. Much faster, and you can more easily remember it (for me that is).
