Hearing Fillmore yell something about someone being a harpy, Jody sauntered back and sat at the top of the stairs, watching as her classmates stood and sat around, argueing. Resting her elbows on her knees and her face in her hands, she observed Lycanth with interest. "What's this evidence?"

[Lycanth]

Lycanth looked around a little bit until everyone went silent. "Last night, two of the least logical targets for a kill have been just that, the targets. Kamau was a hot suspect among some of us, why would he be killed when the killer or killers know some of us already wanted him dead? And furthermore, look at Odon. Why would the killers target him, when he shows as much reason and restraint as a headless chicken?

"The answer is that they are spiting us. They're killing suspects to make the accusers seem guilty, and they're weeding out the weak ones to weaken the minds of the rest of us, to make us fall to fear, and to lose our ability to reason."

Lycanth turned his look to Bear. "I have a question, Bear. Did the... Did the staff members--the first targets of the murders--have skeleton keys as well?"

Fillmore watched Lycanth as he spoke, confusion growing on his face. "That doesn't seem like proof to me. I still think the best evidence we have is that Mindfizzle and Mr. Bear tell us that Genifur did it. I believe Mindfizzle, and since Mr. Bear corroborated this story on his own, not knowing that Mindfizzle had said anything to me, I'm tempted to believe that they both actually witnessed this murder. Genifur is the person responsible for Odon's death. And, if she wasn't the sole murderer in Mindfizzle's, then she helped. This is fact as I have spoken it. We must do something about Genifur. I propose, we all vote on whether or not we want her out, as we did with me last night. But I remind everyone, that if we let her stay tonight, we are only inviting more deaths. A great man once said, 'The needs of the many outweight the needs of the few, or the one.' It is our duty to look out for all of the students here, and that seems to mean, giving Genifur the boot."

[Lycanth]

"Don't you get it? If the staff members had skeleton keys, the murderers could have taken one. That means two things. One, the murderers have free reign to our rooms. Two... The murderer has a skeleton key on their person."

[Jody]

Looking at Lyncanth through bored eyes, Jody lifts her eyebrow lazily. "What does that have to do with Bear and Mindfizzle witnessing the murder? Absolutely nothing. Although, you're right. So much for locking ourselves in our room for safety."

Genifurr got mad for the last time. "HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT!? Do you. Even know. That I DID IT? Do you. Someone might have said that. But, was it true. You may trust so one, to the heart, but who says that they wont lie to you? And, have YOU seen me kill some one? NO! So, don't assume. It makes an ass out of yourself."

[[OOC: Okay, I'm not sure if we are allowed to cuss, but I just don't know how I'd be able to say that phrase with out it, you know?]]

It finally dawned on Fillmore, "Of course... You're brilliant, Lycanth. Jehuty, hold Genifur down. Lycanth, if you'd be so kind as to pat her down?"

[Lycanth]

"We don't need to be so gruff. If Genifur is innocent, she will not object to a search for a key she does not have."

"But what if she doesn't have it with her? She may be hiding it somewhere."

[Lycanth]

"That still doesn't mean we should hold her down."

"Go ahead search me. But, let Jody do it, or Monkey. I'd rather have my brother do it or a girl more than the guy who apparently plants things on people."

[Lycanth]

"That's a good point too. Finding a key means one of two things. One, she is a murderer. Two, it was planted on her, meaning the murderer is someone who has a problem with Genifur, or wishes to cause a rift between us by proving Fillmore's suspicions."

"Actually, Jody has a problem with me too. So have it be Monkey that searches me. He is the only one I'll let search me."

"That still doesn't mean we should hold her down."

"And if you think it's in my room, let Monkey and BG search my room. I share a room with BG and I ONLY really trust Monkey. Everyone has it out with me. So, for all I know, you'd put something in my room."

[Lycanth]

Lycanth smirked a little. "Alright then. While we wait..."

Turning to Fillmore, he continued. "About Fizzle's 'prophecy'... I've been thinking about it pretty heavily. He spoke a lot. Out loud ((elsewhere in the forums)), in private, and so forth. Is it possible that he was only playing a trick, but then, once the killers noticed he had been telling falsities, they murdered him to make it look like his statement was the real deal, thus putting Kamau and Genifur in the hot seat, and diverting the attention from themselves?"

Lycanth scratched his head. "We're not detectives, and it's proving to be possibly more than we can handle, since every lead we've come to has split into 'It may be real, but may just as well be faked'. I'm not sure we have the skills to find the real truth here."

"Hey has anyone bothered to try phoning the authorities?"

[Monkeydog]

"I'd rather now search your room, you just want me and Bottom Guy in there and kill us somehow...I'll stay here with everyone else so thank you please"

"Your a terrible brother have I told you that? Do it while everyone else is in the room."
