I realized over the past few days that Chrome FAILS at flash though.

Bleh. It's not that big of an annoyance, but...yeah...sometimes I have to jump over to Firefox to watch stuff.

That's weird, where are you having problems? I have in the past, but they seem to have fixed that on Windows (No such luck in Linux environments though).

I think it's mainly just blip.tv. It'll play the video fine, but the second I pause or try and get out of fullscreen I'll be lucky if it doesn't freeze up and crash.

Other places flash videos just sometimes doesn't load, but that's not much of a problem with the F5 key.

Could be. I have problems with Hulu especially, and sometimes with embedded Youtube players.

So I have a whiteboard hanging on the outside of my door. People usually write charming messages or leave notes for me to meet them somewhere, etc..but this time, upon returning to my dorm room, someone challenged me to prove a certain mathematical statement (since I'm in Theory of Numbers)...and so I spent ten minutes solving the problem, and another five minutes giving an alternate proof. Hehe, I'm such a nerd :3

As far as I know, I have 20/20 vision, so no glasses for me. I do have glasses with non-prescription lenses for stylistic reasons, but I don't really wear them too often anyway.

That annoyed me so much until I figured out where to turn the feature off.

how does your high math even apply to things? i had a lot of trouble with basic stupid-people algebra because it had no context for me.

I think they're different based on where you are.

Casper hot dogs are my favourite, and I really don't like hot dogs.

Number Theory is part of the branch of Pure Mathematics, which really is not known for its useful applications. Off the top of my head, it can be applied to cryptography (RSA Encryption) and coding theory, not much else though. Obtaining a deeper understanding of pure mathematics is what allows for the progression of applied mathematics, and to some people it's just pretty darned interesting. It doesn't have to apply directly to something to be useful. As more of an applied mathematician making the transition to a balanced (applied and pure) mathematician, I understand what you mean. Pure mathematics is pretty abstract and removed from society, and that's why I think Number Theory can just suck it. Other parts of Pure Mathematics are far less removed, and because of that, to me, more interesting.

Also Maelstrom, it's algorithm not logarithm ;_;

After being adjusted to mountain air (or lack of) for so long, my stamina here back home has increased dramatically. I was able to jog/sprint three miles without stopping. Yay.

The sad part is that I only ran because I wanted more watts for my PokeWalker. Hahaha.
