The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya.
I've been meaning to watch it again for a while now, but I haven't had many opportunities given that it's nearly as long as a Lord of the Rings film. xp
Then I watched episode 4 of the first season because it is one of my favorites.

Quadruple post!

I kind of feel like watching this show again. I never did finish it however many yeas ago it came out. Possibly because the videos I torrented started crashing Windows Explorer whenever I opened their folder.

For now, I'm still gradually working my way through MS Gundam.

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Brought back memories of high school chemistry where one of my teachers introduced us to the book.

Just got back from Men in Black 3. It felt a little more subdued than the previous films, but it was thoroughly amusing regardless.

I wanted to post right away so that I wouldn't forget to mention that I saw Mass Effect 3 listed near the end of the credits. I guess they used some sound effects from the game or something.

EDIT: We wached Man on a Ledge during dinner as well. It was about what I expected, a caper with a mix of action and silly bits.

Recently saw MIB 3 as well. I enjoyed the movie and would place it above the second movie for sure. There were a lot of things I could talk about with the movie about what seemed wrong or how that worked and nitpicking in general. That was due mostly to the main plot point of time travel though. That always makes plot holes and inconsistencies. But while watching none of that bothered me. Even after watching I wanted to dissect the movie because I enjoyed it. It was a good piece of entertainment.

I also noticed that they credited Mass Effect 3 at the very end. Strange how we both noticed that single line toward the end of the credits. My guess is they used the audio for the Reapers in the movie. There were Reaper-esque ships descending on New York at one point.

Watching random free cartoons on On Demand. I went through the handful of Thundercats episodes and then discovered that they also have Adventure Time. I'd call it weird and crazy, but I think people already knew that.

Just watched Miyazaki's newest film, The Secret World of Arriety. As much as I enjoyed the reliving of my childhood, as well as some of the characters, I really don't feel like this was one of his better films. I wanted to love it, but as much as some of the characters were enjoyable, others seemed flat or one-dimensional, and there were too many things left unexplained, including significant moments in the story. The music also seemed to always come out of nowhere; maybe it's because I was watching the English version, with all English songs, but they still didn't leave the best impression on me, and took away from the animation at times.

The Big Year was better than I expected. Granted, Rotten Tomatoes set my expectations fairly low when I saw its 40% rating.
