If all else fails, as weird as it may be, you can directly contact the owners. I planned on calling them anyway asking about arrival times and few other specifics. I'm composing a list.

Arrival time there is 4pm. We need to leave at 10am. There's a whole list of junk in the rental agreement.

Pretty sure I saw the same place on Air BnB so might just book through there instead.

So that website sucks. It's also about $1000 more than I was expecting it to be based on the website. :/

 

I'd say we should go somewhere else but everywhere else on that list is the same guy/prices. I'm actually on vacation right now so I can't really look into anything at the moment either.

We can figure it out after you're done with vacation. Frankly, there's a full year before this is set to happen, so I'm not at all worried about us not booking in time.

Would anyone be against doing it June 20th-24th? I think that would save me considerably.

Sure. If I'm still at my same job, that's close enough to Father's Day that my boss will be grumpy about it, but I think if I mention it now she shouldn't be terribly upset about it. At the very least I can say I asked far enough in advance for it to be okay'd. :p If I'm even still at that job.

He said the earliest we can do and it be "cheaper" is May 31-June 5th. 

 

So I don't think that's going to work for a variety of reasons. Might need to find somewhere else. Everything but "A" is done by the same guy too. We'll see, if anyone wants to go back to looking while I'm busy that would be nice.

 

Sorry guys, we'll figure it out though, even if I have to bite the bullet and just go with him.

Looking at some new places.

 

Here is a place I've already received confirmation on. Either July 11th-15th or June 20th-24th works. http://www.homeaway....edium=email#map

 

It's like half the price of Location C, and about the same distance.

Downside is we can only support 3 more people.

Also much cheaper than Location C, and in the same area as the other one I posted.

We'll be able to support more people than the previous place but less than Location C.

 

 

Any thoughts on locations/time on when we should do this?
