Maybe I miss spoke. The point being that it has nothing to do with supposed ethics in games journalism, which has been the company line since the beginning. Clearly that is not what it means to you.

It's funny considering it started when a developer, who didn't make a game about feminism, had a relationship with a games journalist, who didn't write an article about feminism or an article about the developer's game, and people claimed that the whole system was corrupt because heaven forbid a couple of people were horny.

Suddenly all female developers became whores (read some of the comments directed at these women. They're disgusting.) And any games journalist who has a relationship with a developer, romantic or not, is suddenly corrupt, even if they don't ever write about that developer.

The whole movement is pointless.
