Started reading the newest Myth-Adventure book by Robert Asprin and Jody Lynn Nye, "Myth-gotten Gains."

I suspect that the authors must have been reading some of the RPs I've been in, for reasons that might make Puffin and Kamau laugh. All in the same chapter, they mention a dimension called "Nox," a talking sword is told "don't get your quillons in a braid," and one of the characters jokes that the aforementioned sword speaks in fluent Forsooth.

I started re-reading The Hammer of God by Arthur C. Clarke.

Man, if you want a sci-fi novel that adheres to the laws of physics, this is the best to get.

Oh, Pratchett... I need to read a thousand more of his books.

Though I'm good with Imperial Earth by Arthur C. Clarke. Sure, the lack of a real conflict makes it a touch droll at times, but it's still an interesting look at a possible (though unlikely) future.

That's why it's better to call them "graphic novels" around non-readers.

And yay for HxH volumes coming out so quickly. I think the next one is just over a month away; much better than Yu Yu Hakusho's release schedule. >_>
