Finally finished Gundam Wing (kept interrupting myself with Lord of the Rings extended editions) and Endless Waltz. Not sure what to watch next. Maybe Slayers.

Although in a couple weeks, I'll get my DVD of Case Closed movie 3 (and then movie 4 a bit after that)~

EDIT: Huh, another familiar voice. The guy who plays Zechs from Gundam Wing is also Rezo the Red Priest from Slayers.
EDIT 2: And Yosho from Tenchi Muyo and Il Palazzo from Excel Saga and about 100 other characters in various shows. =o

I watched movie 3 in English already~ :D

I enjoyed it. The ending is really obvious though.

Did a large building get blown up at the end? I watch these with my mom (since she loves murder mysteries), and she commented that they seem to like demolishing buildings at the ends of the movies. =p

Finished Slayers yesterday. Started on Slayers NEXT.

EDIT: Ah, it's Inspector Megure (Japanese Meguire) again, except this time he's a rotund sorcerer. This guy seems to voice a lot of middle-aged fat people.

Separate from the anime forum's topic of the same name.

Just a general topic about what shows or what movies you have have recently watched or are watching.

Recently I watched Oldboy, again. Intense movie. It's a nice balance of crazy action in the beginning, and a really great story towards the end. Love it.

I'm also slowly rewatching Pushing Daisies, after rewatching the first season of Breaking Bad and all of Firefly.

I watched Case Closed's fourth movie last night, and watched a random episode today too. I also have kinda been watching Negima dubbed (just whatever pops up On Demand).

I may watch K-On! soon.

My dad and a friend and I had an impromptu movie marathon a few nights ago. When I got home from work, they were watching Juno, so I watched part of that before going out to pick up pizza for us.
When that finished, we started flipping through channels and saw the end lf Hackers, which I hadn't seen before. The acting was terrible but believable considering the counter-culture characters. The technology made me chuckle. (Oh noes, dial-up modems and bright yellow floppy disks!)
We caught the last few minutes of Blank Check after that. We started reminiscing about it and wished we hadn't missed it. The on-screen guide said that Honey, I Shrunk the Kids was on next, but the voiceover during the credits said Blank Check would be playing again. We got excited to watch the silly movie from our chilhood, but we got annoyed when Honey, I shrunk the Kids started playing after all, and we looked for something else.
We ended up watching The Fifth Element (most of which I had never seen), missing only the introduction. It was ridiculous and awesome.
After that, we watched the second half or so of Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanimo Bay... I suppose it was funny, despite the constant drug references.
We saw a few minutes of a movie I can't remember the name of. I just know it involved a Korean/Vietnam(?) War veteran who hates everybody. ("Get offa my lawn.")
We ended the night with Perfect Score, which I had on DVD and had only watched once since buying. It was better than I remembered.

Your video isn't showing up on my phone. I'll have to see it when i get home.

Also, my phone posted for me before I was done typing, so I fixed my first post.

Was the movie you don't know involving Clint Eastwood? Because that's Gran Torino. Eastwood is so awesome.

Fifth Element is alright, my father loves it. And the first Harold and Kumar was far better than the second. They're both, eh, but the first one was better. The best thing about either of them is Neil Patrick Harris.

Gran Torino sounds right.
I thought about going back and adding in a mention of NPH, but I figured you already knew he was in there. =p

Code Geass was alright, but it didn't live up to the hype :3

I'm currently watching Pokemon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life. The animation is beautiful and the plot continues and evolves from the previous few movies!

Finally watched Case Closed movie 3. I liked it a lot since I'm a fan of the Phantom Thief Kid, but now I want season 6 even more than before with that new character that hasn't been introduced in the dubbed series yet. I don't think season 6 has even been announced yet...
