I have this game project not yet started. Planning to create this with codebase that viable for both PC and mobile environment.
Goal: Creating a game that I can quickly show to people and allow me to add content with ease. Content would have quiet wide theme and no need to 'draw very specific thing' so I can have fun doing it. Content will be snippet of short stories or story parts.. and drawings, mainly creatures, abstract things, and scenes.

Engine: Flash and XML, if the XML will works for Android (and iPhone)
Contents:
A mysterious story world
Something that incite collect-em-all or achievements feeling
Have to be simple, so gameplay doesn't distract content
Maybe energy-wall system?
Inspirations:
Fallen London
Sunless Sea
Idle Games
Magic the Gathering
Some ideas of world/snippets:
What does dream looks like? Dream is... rich, black, limited, and thick as oil. Dream is... sweet, white, abundant, and thin as milk. Dream is not liquid.
There are a few groups that are seeking to control dreams. The biggest two are the cult and the power. The cult sought to pacify, to regulate, to confiscate, burn the wildest dreams and give the sweet pure ones to charity. The power sought to make profit, to exploit, to promote, to sell to those that craves. All of them sought to control.
The misfits are drawn to dreams. They dance with dreams in the grand ballroom till six in the morning then the dreams shed theirs mind apart. Sometimes... dreams also steal their heart.
Words from somewhere else:
It is said that dreams can align the stars in your favor. It is said that dreams can alter destiny. It is said that if your heart is pure and you crave to be loved and cherished, the Dream-Catcher could fulfill your wishes
Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect - Chief Seattle
Concept of the cult: masked, tribal like something. Cult have many many gods.
Concept of the power: dragons.
Concept for 'container' of dream: dreamcatchers?
