Not really. I figured if you ran out of knives you die and try again... While not really ideal for experimenting players, I think it adds to the tension of trying to escape prison with limited supplies. Any ideas on how to improve?, would a message suggesting the knives be used sparingly help?

A message would be nice and is probably enough to address this.

I like chess so I named him Bishop ;)

Fair enough. I just assumed it was a reference to John Noble's character in Fringe. =p

Golems stop moving when they're touched, you may have touched him standing on the key... Doesn't really break anything since you can chickenize him, snag the key and escape. (maybe being hit on the way out)

He got stuck like that before I even got down there. I just mentioned this one since it seemed like the golem and flame pillar were supposed to continue going back and forth in a sort of pattern, leaving an occasional opening to snag the key.

It does say chickens in the description, but initially i had all the enemies turning into random animals, so the pirates still have that feature. I guess I could change em back to chickens...

I should elaborate on that one. The pirates already look like pigs regardless of the wand. The wand does nothing to them as far as I could tell.

I'll let you know when I've got more to report.

ha never watched Fringe, thats funny!

Okay I think you're expecting the wand to one-hit-kill the pirates.... You can turn them to animals too, but it takes more than one hit. The Golem's only weakness is the wand so they only need one hit.

Ah, gotcha. I just assumed it could one-hit any normal enemy since the golems were my first frame of reference. Your reasoning makes sense, but you may want to indicate in the description that it's more or less effective on different enemy types.
