Since the Character Creation Contest is still in its infancy, there are aspects of it that might change and evolve. We are still working out how to determine the themes [right now it's just my personal whimsy], how to vote on submissions, a format for submissions, etc. This shall be a place to discuss all those things on how the Triple C will be run.

This is also the place to discuss anything fun about the contests. If you want to pitch ideas around, ask people if they want to coordinate their characters together, or talk about past contests and submissions. Anything at all people want to talk about really, just to keep the contest topics a little less cluttered with questions and encourage more discussion. After all, we are doing this for the fun of it. Have fun!

The sci-fi theme turned out rather different from what I was expecting. I like it.

Also, some random suggestions for future themes:

>Fantasy rogues (any sort of stealthy, larcenous, and/or smooth-talking character)
>Pokemon gym leaders (may be somewhat limited, but it's one of the few franchises I can think of that just about everyone is familiar with)

Since everyone wants to, we will extend it one week. I thought that three weeks would be enough but alas, my ancient foe of procrastination has struck again. At the very least if Kamau has been away for most of that time she deserves the extension. I doubt we will see many entries beyond her in all honesty, but I would be thrilled if I did see more.

The deadline has been extended to January 8! Get those submissions in or polish the ones you have!

I have no amazing personality traits except the fact I'm British and People don't like my personality.. but i do have a British Accent so at least Some Americans can be angry and oddly happy at the same time.
