And I'm pretty sure there was a reference to The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. At least the animated film. I'll have to rewatch it later to see what other references I missed.

Just in time. New episodes resume next weekend~

I like the sound of the next episode, including the title, which I don't normally care that much about. Not posting it here in case anyone prefers not to know ahead of time, but the info is available on Wikipedia.
And I just noticed that the season finale is being written by M.A. Larson, which is promising. He tends to make for good episodes.

EDIT: Kind of on the plus side, Lauren Faust offered to make the team some original characters to use in a new game. They'd actually be able to get some money for their efforts if they took her up on that.

And apparently it is going to be a movie rather than a series.

 

 

I'm not quite sure what to think of this. I'll probably watch it at least once regardless...though not in a theater.

...So I clicked 'play' with the intent of saying how stupid it looked and how I would never watch it.
