I don't get the cover either. It's odd, but it's a fantastic message.

I don't really have much doubt about the content of the video, but I was hoping there would be more information. If you go to the youtube page, there is no description to the video with links to more information. If you go to http://www.coburn.senate.gov as suggested in the video, there is no more information. If you surf around that site to find the "Washington Waste" page, because that seems like the place to go, you'll just find a page that hasn't been updated since March 2012.

 

Maybe this guy should ask for a government grant to help him finish his video?
